Home was immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect for all amenities. The use of the golf cart made our travel through the Villages pleasant and inviting. Absolutely would use this property or the listing agent again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025We really had a very fantastic stay in this beautifully kept home. The location is perfect for golf, swimming and any activity either to the north or south. A very clean and quiet home with a golf cart for transportation. Mom and dad joined us for a couple of days, 85 & 89 yr old, and they each loved the home. Thank You!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Property in great location. We mopped the floor, upon arrival, as it was not clean. The refrigerator had to be repaired and it took about 10 dsys.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024Great location halfway beaten 466 and 466A. Behind the Sea Breeze Rec Center, close to Cane Garden CC. Two miles from Sumter Landing and three miles from Brownwood. Pools nearby and many executive golf courses. Loved the location.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024There was an issue with fan in primary that never was addressed after I called & left message. The primary bed was EXTREMELY hard and my husband & I ended up sleeping in 2nd bdr, queen bed better but was short. Area was nice, very clean.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024We had a good trip to The Villages, FL. Relaxing, not too hot, a little cloudy. Maybe next year go a little earlier to enjoy the sun more.
