Great Lake Front House with Outstanding Views and Private Beach Area

We had a great time with our family for our yearly Greers Ferry Trip. The home is spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is large and spacious as well. Made it easy for us to cook for the kids and grandkids.The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was great after a long day of fishing and hiking up the hill. The house is very child oriented as well. There’s a closet just for baby/toddler stuff in case you forget something Attention to those bringing boats. The driveway is extremely steep. We have a 23 pontoon and it was a nightmare getting it backed down the driveway and I have many years of experience backing boats and trailers.The hike down to the lake will give you a workout as well. There’s a nice path most of the way down but gets a little sketchy closer to the water. It wasn’t an issue for myself but my wife and 70 year old father had a tougher time with it.Overall this is a great place to gather with your family. Jim was easy to get in touch with when we had a problem. The views of the lake from the house are amazing!

Beautiful place, even nicer than the pictures. Jim provided plenty of information on the check in and answered all questions we had. The walking path to the lake is short and simple to use. Beautiful view from the top deck (see picture).The driveway is steep from the road down to the house. This is common in houses built onto a hill with cliff or lakeside views.

We had a great trip. The water was high so we weren’t able to use the beach behind the house. The driveway is super steep which made getting the boat up and down the driveway really difficult. The house was nice and we had plenty of room.

The house was possibly the best equipped place we have rented over the years. They had all the things to make cooking an holiday meal easy. The toys and equipment for children were helpful. We had a slight problem the first evening but the hosts responded very quickly and generously. It certainly was a wonderful stay for our family.

Huge house with a beautiful view! Our teenagers loved the top balcony and kayaks. We had plenty of room for us to gather and play games. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Was a beautiful place, we all loved staying there! Great view, nice relaxing and peaceful!

I believe this was the third summer we have rented Jim's house. House is great with plenty of room the 10 of us in our family. My grandsons ages 11, 12 and 13 love the bottom floor with the bunk room. We cooked dinner 2 of the 3 nights we were there and everyone enjoyed the spacious kitchen.

We loved the spaciousness and general loveliness of the house. The carpet is worn but we had a wonderful time

The house is beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Hosts were prompt and clear with communication. It is a long, windy, hilly drive back to the home and the driveway is VERY steep, but worth the efforts!
