Can’t beat the location and accommodations. Second time staying. VERY receptive host. AC in the master is a bit loud but I certainly appreciated having it at night regardless

Virginia and George are fantastic hosts! This was our second time here and we love it! They work hard to make you feel welcomed!Especially thankfully to George getting us checked in and getting the pool fixed in a very short window on a busy holiday week!The fishing is great, we have caught a wide variety off species the dock.Amenities are great, easy to feel right at home!

This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in on Key Colony. It was the perfect location for fishing and was well stocked with everything we needed! We will defiantly be back, Thank you!

This was advertised as a 5 bedroom/3 bath. There were only 4 bedrooms which we were able to share a room, but it was inconvenient as we were a group of 5 women. The kitchen was very dirty, sticky cabinets, crumbs and hair in drawers, broken potato chips, etc. The house had been closed up with the heat on for a few days before we arrived and the smell inside was horrible, had to open all windows to try to air out. The outside was great but again needs some replacements and updates. One bedroom has a broken light that has been commented on in several reviews, and when I asked about it, maintenance said it is broken, but the fan works. The table lamp is not enough light for this dark bedroom without any outside windows (window into living area), and the shade is broken so you cannot open up the shade anyway (also commented on before). If the light is broken it should be replaced. George, the maintenance person was always friendly, but the maintenance or actual repairs and replacements are lacking. Furniture in living room dirty, etc. Not the furniture in the pictures. Could really be a great place but is showing its age.

Nice spacious kitchen and lots of storage. It lacked on being clean though. The outside area was amazing and that's where we spent most of our time. At least a couple of bedrooms had burnt out lightbulbs. Would we stay there again? Definitely!!!

Positive: the location was excellent, beautiful area on the canal, wonderful backyard area to enjoy, clean pool, nice shade. The kitchen dining room and living room were roomy and easily housed our nine people. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were fine. The bathrooms, kitchen and floor were very clean.Negative: the place needed a lot of maintenance. The light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work at all and we had to use the closet light to be able to see. Almost every other light in the place was missing at least one lightbulb. The washing machine on button was jammed into the machine so we had to Jerry, rig it in order to use the machine. The mid-level bathroom smelled like a septic tank. There was a gurgling sound under the shower each time the toilet flushed. The water pressure in many sinks was very low. The garbage disposal did not work. The furnishings need a very good cleaning or replacement of cushions.This house had the potential to be spectacular, but it only was average due to the lack of good maintenance. were fine.

Property manager was very responsive.

amazing location for large family groups, bring your own boat, launch from the property's own boat ramp or rent a boat when you get there and tie it up right at the property. Great neighborhood with restaurants and shopping close by.
