Great Family Home! Fully remodeled with a pool and close to the beach!!!

This was a fantastic rental for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Fully fenced in yard was perfect. Pool was a little chilly, but it’s April!! Beach is an easy walk away, and we went to the beachside restaurant twice!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped with everything you could need to feel right at home, and was very accommodating for young kids as well. The pool was perfect for the whole family. We especially love the location, with close proximity to the beach and park. The host is always very responsive to anything we needed during our stay! Very nice, clean spacious house! Beach just right down the road. Everything in the home was at hand whether you wanted to boil crab or grill a steak! The pool was perfect for our kids and the fenced in back yard was wonderful for our Shitzu. A definite good find with a great price!

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach house. The pool was a perfect fit for our family of five. The covered seating outside around the pool was a perfect spot to hangout with everyone. The home was very clean, updated, and had everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. This is a quiet neighborhood & the neighbors we encountered were all friendly. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

Great location for our family trip! We were in FL for an event in Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a quieter area - the house in Ormond Beach was the perfect fit. It was very roomy and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool - they swam with water shoes as the bottom was a little rough. A beautiful beach is a quick walk down the road with lots of space to enjoy the sun and waves. We even got to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach while we were there! The river was a short walk away and had a nice dock with benches. The house and kitchen were equipped with the things we needed for our stay, and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. Definitely a nice location for a family vacation!

This house was a really nice place for a grandmother, her daughter and son in law, and 2 adult grandchildren to spend a week together. The house had just about everything we needed. The house has been nicely remodeled inside and the pool area outside is wonderful. Our group's only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom creaks badly every time someone rolls over. We woke up a few times at night due to this issue. Other than that, it is a short drive up the street to easy parking for the beach access. The beach itself was great with very few people around for most of the week. We watched the sand crabs on the beach and the pelicans in the air and the dolphins in the water. Only on Friday did we have more than 10 people within 500 yards of us. From the beach access we also watched a Space X rocket launch which was pretty cool to see. We worked a puzzle, played games and grilled several dinners. I would definitely recommend this property to others and if we are back in the Ormond Beach area will stay here again.

This is a nicely remodeled house in a great location! Walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the Halifax River, and a nice screened-in pool. We love the quietness of the community, which is near enough to drive to more touristy locations.The property manager was prompt in responses.The biggest problem was a lack of paper goods. There was not enough toilet paper to make it through the first evening.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) and we had more than enough space to spread out in this home. Wonderful location being near both the beach and river. Neat little park within walking distance as well with shaded playground, basketball and pickleball courts. Loved the pool as well right in the backyard. Responsive owner too anytime we had a question.

After renting the same house for 5 years in Ormond, that house was sold last year. This left us looking for a new location for our yearly family vacation and we could not have asked for a better find! The house is super clean and everything is updated and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a quick walk over to the beach. The enclosed pool was a bonus! So relaxing and you don’t have to worry about bees and bugs. We will definitely be back!

Property had everything we needed and we cooked several days. Went to the beach and collected shells while the teens learned to boogie board. Great location away from the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy our interests.

This is a beautiful home, very relaxing. It had everything you needed the grill and the bikes are an excellent touch. It had 13 beach towels for you to use. Will look win staying there again

This was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. We loved the location being close to Daytona but away from the busyness so we could ride bikes without worrying about vehicles, could relax by the pool or walk to the beach. Loved the restaurant & ice cream shop that were right there as well as venturing further to enjoy the local lighthouse, aquarium and even tried surfing in Daytona. We are so happy we opted for a single family home instead of a condo and were very happy with our choice & would definitely recommend to others vacation info in the area.

We enjoyed our visit to Ormond Beach. Loved the location of the house. Walking distance to the beach, a park, and the Oceanside Restaurant (great Bloody Marys). The park had pickleball, tennis courts and great walking trails. We saw a lot of turtles on our walk. House was well stocked.

Stayed here for the race weekend. Property was spotless, fully restored and the beds were very comfy. About 5 minutes to everything you need and a short walk to the beach. Great stay. Highly recommended.

My wife and I live in a 2-Bedroom Condo so hosting our adult children for holidays is a challenge due to lack of space. We decided to rent a house this Christmas and we hit a home run with this property. It was the perfect size for us and we had all the items we need to cook our own meals throughout the week. There was a nice selection of board games that we took full advantage of when the weather wasn't great, so that was a nice bonus.The house is located about a block away from the beach so we walked down there several times to see the sunrise or just to watch the waves come in. It was too cold to get in the water this time, but the location would be amazing once it warms up for beach activities, as well.

Incredible home. Outstanding remodel. Located close to everything OBS has to offer. We enjoyed tennis, pickleball, golf, beach, ICW and the dog park, located within walking distance from property. Planning a return visit in April '25

Three brothers and our sons stayed in a get together we have never had. It was a great time for us to be all in one place for several days and catch up on all of our lives. It was a perfect place to relax and have fun. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our home away from home was very comfortable and offered everything we could have needed. We spent most of our time outside around the pool or at the beach. The location is also convenient to Daytona and the entire community. This is my second time staying here and will definitely not be my last. Thank you so much!

This house was in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities and still have a very quiet beach experience! We have stayed at many houses over the years and this house had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and one of the cleanest pools we have ever experienced. The pool games were perfect for the adult kids. The bikes were a nice surprise. We were expecting 2 bikes but there were several so we could bike ride as a family!! We walked to the beach with the nice wagon to carry our stuff. I would recommend the house to anyone wanting a great beach experience. We hope to return next year!

Property was much better than the listing/pictures showed. Very clean (which is probably my number 1 priority). Very quiet neighborhood but close to beach and everything you could need. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, and ice cream parlor. Property owner stayed in contact personally, which I appreciate! This will probably be my new go-to Vacation home in Ormond.
