Great Family Home! Close to Downtown Morro Bay!

We loved our stay here. The house was super comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed for a family trip. The location was perfect with a beautiful view, and it felt really welcoming for a larger family with kids. My family absolutely loved it. Morro Bay is amazing, and this home made the trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again.

Worked out great for rock to pier

We enjoyed our stay at the house for the weekend. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe. Clean property with lots of areas to dine and enjoy your stay. We had 2 young children and two 2 years and under and it was great for all of us.

We had such a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and close to downtown Morro Bay. The house had lots of living space and places for hanging out. We also loved relaxing in the outdoor space.

The house is older with a complete remodel which makea it a great place. There is plenty of room for a large family with 3 queen sized beds and 2 twins. The living room is large enough for everyone to sit around and talk with each other and the add on room is a nice addition for the kids to play or watch tv. The kitchen is on the small side but nice. The backyard is large and has lots of furniture to sit and relax on. The biggest downside to this home is that it is older so the heaters are wall units that are very loud and dont put off a ton of heat. The walls are thin so you can hear everyones conversation in every room and the house has a nice creaky older noise to it. Overall i liked the place but i can see were some people would be put off.

The updates made this home very comfortable. The layout and spaciousness are better than what the photos can show. We were 5 adults, so it was nice that everyone got their own bed and didn't have to share. There was plenty of hot water for our showers (really important after our cycling ride along the coast of 44+ miles) Kitchen was well-stocked, appreciate having plastic wrap, ziplock bags, and foil available ( don't know if that was left-over from previous visitors or if it's routinely provided). Having plenty of towels and paper goods was nice too. Only suggestion is that the small step down from the kitchen into the room where the dining table is, should have some kind of warning-indicator tape or edge. It caught us unawares that there was a small step there and kids or someone with mobility issues may have a problem. We put the broomstick across the doorway as a reminder that the two floors aren't level with each other. Also, the incline of the driveway and the dip between the street and driveway is fairly steep, so cars with a lower wheelbase end up bottoming-out and scraping the rear bumper. Parking on the street was not a problem! Otherwise, this property suited our needs very well and everyone agreed that we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful place to stay in Morro Bay, CA. Great location and easy access to/from downtown, bay/piers and major roads. All the amenities of home. The area is so very quiet and every afternoon there is a herd of Black Angus cows that graze near the back fence. My entire family loved it!

Everything was very good the only suggestion would be to upgrade paper products. We all appreciate upgraded TP.
