Great house, close to the beach, easy access for family needing to go back and forth or just part of the family needing to go back.

Perfect house for a group, crazy close beach access, and a very short walk to an awesome coffee shop.

We loved the house and the pool was great for the kids. The living room comfortably fit our group and each bedroom was spacious. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and serve meals without feeling crowded. The house sits just across the street from the beach access and it was a very easy walk. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats available to use, which was also convenient. Parking was tricky as you are not allowed to use the whole driveway to park. With a large group in different vehicles, we struggled to shuffle cars and make them all fit in the confined area. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay in the Crystal Beach area.

The house was beautiful. The pool was small but a perfect size for small children with limited swimming abilities. Joey was quick to respond to us when we had issues with the poor working condition of the gas grill. Although it appears you can get quickly to beach from the Crystal Beach access across the street, that beach is private and you must walk past approximately 12 houses to get to the public beach. The public beach is about the size of 3 house lots and very crowded. The easiest access is to turn right out of house and walk along sidewalk to the intersection and entrance to public beach. It’s not a bad walk if you have a beach cart. You need to bring all beach items for this house. Beach towels are the only thing provided.

This house is beautiful and very clean. Pool is small. Very close to beach, across the street, but there is no private access you have to go down the street to public beach access and it is very crowded daily. If you try to go to the closest access directly across the street from the house you are told it is private and you can not enter there or set up any beach equipment there. I found this disappointing. With it being a 6 bedroom you expect a large number of people to be staying and my only suggestion would be it defiantly needs a bigger washer and dryer. It is a very small apartment size washer and dryer and had to dry clothes two to three times to get them dry. Being at the beach I wash clothes daily and this took up so much of my time because units were so small. Over all lovely home and quite neighborhood.

We had a great stay. Large rooms and plenty of space for our group. Pool was small but nice. Kitchen was well equipped. A few minor maintenance problems but overall in great shape. Upon arrival the door code didn’t work. We were on the phone with property management agent for 40 min with no luck on getting in. The physical keys didn’t unlock doors either, just the utility closets. Once we were finally able to talk to the right tech person, he was able to get the code reset in 2 minutes. Also, the nearby community steps to get to the street level and beach access had washed away. So we had to climb up a steep bank or walk around the block to get to the beach. Hopefully the steps will be fixed soon. We would certainly stay at this property again!

We loved our stay at Grateful by the Sea! We had three families, so three master suites was a must. This was perfect for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for all the kids as well. Easy beach access. Having our own pool was perfect for the kids. We had a fabulous time and would stay again in a heartbeat. Great communication with the owner too!

This may have been our favorite house we have stayed at! Plenty of room for our group, perfect location across from Crystal Beach, and very responsive management company. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the needed amenities! We appreciated the towels for the beach and responsiveness of the management company when we had a couple needs arise. We will be back again!

Lovely home and great location! Enjoyed the open concept of kitchen, eating and living area. Would suggest to maybe have some light throw blankets in the living area. Also, first place we have stayed that didn’t have any spices in the kitchen, but not a h the house and had a wonderful week!

Stay was perfect for a bachelorette group! Perfect location, so close to the beach. Private pool was very convenient as well. The house did seem a bit unclean when we arrived, dust on mirrors and light fixtures, mold in upstairs shower, and we were not provided enough toiletries for the weekend. However, overall a great house and we really enjoyed our stay!

This house was absolutely great for our family trip! The location was steps from the access to the beautiful beach. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. We really enjoyed the pool and the extra refrigerator in the garage came in handy.

This was a great house for our family! Every bedroom has its own bath
