Grant Street - A Carlton Wine Country Home

Great location to stay for wine tasting. Clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Entertainment/ Game Room was a nice bonus.

The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. The game barn was a huge hit with the kids and the ability to walk downtown from the house was great. We will look to do another gathering there in the future.

We LOVED this house. It was so spacious, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The back deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and the game room was a huge it. It was so fun to play pool, ping pong, and foosball after the wedding we had attended.The house is a great location for wine tasting in the area. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for that on this trip. I guess we will have to come back, oh darn. The owners did leave us a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir that we thoroughly enjoyed, and I am normally not a Pinot fan, but this was delicious! Thank you!The owners were very easy to communicate with. We actually had to adjust our dates and they were very flexible. Everyone in my family loved staying in this home. We cannot wait to come back. I highly recommend this place!

We loved this house! It was actually even more beautiful and spacious in person than in the photos. Very close to the cute town, and we loved the garden and outdoor space.

The property was clean and kid friendly! We enjoyed the game room and there was even a play pen for thr baby. 10/10 would come back again!

Grant Street Home was an awesome place to stay and suited our needs completely. It over delivered on what we expected. The game room was great, the kitchen had everything that you needed and the beds were great. The water pressure was outstanding. :) We would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful old home in Carlton. Traveling with three generations of our family, we found the house to be perfect for everyone. The charm and character of the home were incredible, and its location was ideal—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculately clean and very well-maintained, which made settling in so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic—attentive, communicative, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. (The wine that was left for us was great too!) If you’re looking for a place with charm, convenience, and top-notch hospitality, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to coming back in the future!

A small group of family friends stayed here and enjoyed the walk to downtown for wine tasting. It was a beautiful home and the game room was a lot of fun. There was nothing negative about our stay at this house.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends or family. The location was great for our wine tasting tour from Newberg to Dayton and everything was walking distance to the charming downtown Carlton. I will definitely be recommending for friends and family.

Grant street house was even better in person than the online description. The garden and game barn are great. The house is beautiful and the hosts are gracious. Everything you could want in a rental AND a welcome bottle of wine!

Great house for a long weekend with family. We had graduation at Linfield and rented this house so we could all stay together. Loved the layout and especially the game barn. Great home!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a wine tasting trip with another couple! The house was clean and had great amenities including an outdoor fireplace with wood, a game barn, nicely equipped kitchen. The location was great for walking in to Carlton for dinner and was situated in a quiet neighborhood. All in all, it was terrific!
