Welcome to my grandmother's house! After a minor renovation—which has preserved its classic, traditional charm—the house is now ready to welcome you.
The family double bedroom features a family-sized bed and a 160x190 cm sofa bed, with a private en suite bathroom. The apartment also features another double bedroom for additional guests.
The apartment includes a shared kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, and kitchen utensils.
The property is located in the San Giovanni neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Giovanni and a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum. The property is served by Metro Line A (Re di Roma station) and is just a few stops away from major tourist attractions (Piazza di Spagna, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Trevi Fountain). The area is well-served, and you’ll find bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, and restaurants. Right below the building, there’s a bar, a grocery store, and a bakery, and just a few meters away, there’s also a laundromat.
