wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome ENJOY

Host Guido is very prompt and coooerative. Property is very well maintained and better than the online description. We were told there will be Milk, Bread and Jam but none was there. It was little inconvinient due to early morning tour. Luckily, grocery store was nearby so no big deal as my family enjoyed the appartment and its location. I will stay here again with my friends and family. Host made me feel very comfortable thru email conversation. Wish I could meet him in person.

We loved the layout for our family. We were able to retreat to bedrooms with a view and congregate in the common area. The apartment is located an easy walk to Roma Termini, which is key for us to get around the city in metro or travel by train to other parts of Italy, which we did a few times. The apartment was well stocked and clean. The host was wonderful and the check in/checkout was simple. Thanks for everything!

Exceptional stay! Well stocked, very comfortable, easy access, great location. Perfect for our family of 13.

We were amazed by the apartment, completely clean and great accommodations! Our host communicated throughout the entire process! Once there the lady was the same as Guido. We would stay there again!

Absolutely superb experience! This property is gorgeous, thoughtfully designed for travelers, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could need, is steps away from a full grocery store, very secure and to top that, Guido, the property manager gave us great advice on local issues, restaurants, and other helpful insights. It was throughly enjoyed by our extended family of eleven! Thanks Guido!!

Guido was a wonderful host; his communication was incredible. The property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay at this property again on our next trip. The apartment was very well equipped, plenty of linens and very comfortable beds.

This apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to supermarket, restuarants and train station.Guido is a very good property manager. He has been very very helpful from the beginning when I plan to rent the apartment for the family stay in December. As a first time visitor to Italy, he provided me all the guidance on information I needed and go out of his way to help and assist. I truly appreciate all his help. Our family had a very nice stay at the apartment. I will definitely stay in his apartment again if our family visit Rome the next time. This is truly a gem for a family stay in Rome. Nice location, nice and clean apartment and nice host!Thank you Guido,Annie Chow
