Stayed Dec 21, 2025The hot tub was amazing!It was so good to walk into a nice clean place, seemed about new and attractive. We did a little cooking and the kitchen had what we needed, was awesome to have a dishwasher. We would absolutely stay here again. Also the fireplace was super cozy.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025From the moment we arrived, we noticed how well-stocked the unit was with everything we would need for our week! Pots and pans, waffle iron, spices, tons of silverware, dishes and cups. We were very pleased, as a lot of places we've stayed, do not provide even half as much stuff! We were excited to get in the hot tub and noticed that it was cloudy and green. I emailed the rental company, and they assured us that it would clear up soon, as it was just serviced. After several hours, it still wasn't clear and so they sent someone out to drain it and clean it for us. The prompt response and attention was amazing and unheard of! Every time we needed something or I just had a question, they were super fast to respond. It was so nice! We were allowed a complimentary late check-out so we could take our time packing and heading to our next destination, and that was very appreciated too. The beds were comfy! The air was perfect, and the windows could open to let the fresh cool air inside. The view was amazing. The location as well. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great week!!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This place was amazing!! New, beautifully decorated, tall ceilings, heated floors and an elevator. The location was perfect with outstanding views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked full of dishes, pans and glasses. The beds were super comfy and they have two roll away beds. Will definitely be booking again!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025From the moment we arrived we were so happy to have chosen a Winter Park Escapes rental. The location is ideal as it's right by the local bus system and right on the edge of fraser almost to winter park. The grocery store is right across the street. When they say they have everything that you would need, they mean it! I was so surprised by all the appliances in the kitchen, including a waffle maker! The hot tub was an essential after a day on the mountain, the only thing I could say was that it was slightly dirty and needed a filter changed(as it indicated it was overdue for a change) The views were spectacular from all our windows. We traveled with an infant, 4 kids, and 2 adults and were extremely comfortable. The beds and linens are luxiourious. We can not wait to come back to Fraser/Winter Park and stay at a Winter Park Escapes property.

Stayed Jan 28, 2025If you are visiting Winter Park for skiing or just to enjoy the surrounding foothills, this location is a great place to stay for a small group. There were four of us in our party in the home could technically fit more. It was well appointed and clean. The hot tub barbecue furniture showers bathrooms everything was great. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be the spa cover blocks the sunset views. It is a little sad that you can't sit in the hot tub and look over and see the hills because of the cover but that's a small thing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental location.
