Stayed Oct 25, 2024This Fall was our third stay at our home away from home. This spot truly is one of the best kept secrets in the Fingerlakes. The natural beauty in and around this home never ceases to amaze us! It is such a unique and comfortable spot. We sleep better here than in our own home. Stayed Oct 17, 2024Peaceful wooded setting near numerous wineries. Close enough to downtown Penn Yan for all conveniences but far enough out of town to feel country.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023This is a wonderful property and very comfortable. It’s spacious, clean, and serviceable as well as being in a great location for wineries at both Seneca and Keuka Lakes. There’s just a couple of quirky things that would be helpful to know about in advance: you need to bring your own drinking water because the well water (although it’s been tested and is ok) isn’t recommended to be used; it’s about 150 feet from the parking area to the house down a long ramp with a number of steps and no handrail; and if you’re there in heating season, the heat is a little odd, and it took us a couple of calls to the owner to try to figure it out and we’re not sure we ever really did. But overall we had a great time and just wish we had had better weather to enjoy the beautiful wooded landscape.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022the rental was spacious, conveniently located t ofingerlakes wineries. kitchen had extras like spices.,the host supplied books games for guests. more lighting in living area and at deck area would be helpfu,. it was very dark becauseof all the tress. nice rental. the host was very responsive to our needs.
