This home was very clean and well kept. Absolutely could not beat the view from the patio. The home was well equipped with just about everything you would need. Well stocked kitchen (non food items), bathrooms, linens, tons of closet space, etc. The check in and out process went extremely smooth and Tom could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We were visiting our son and daughter in law and will definitely come back here.

Our Host was amazing. Property was amazing, and the view of the Monuments was spectacular. We had a great time.

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights for a golf trip, place is comfortable and a great location for getting around Grand Junction to golf and for eating out.Property contact was available and easy to work with.Would stay here easily in the future!

Property was easy to find, very clean and nice place located on a golf course. Owner was very nice and communicated with us quickly.

I booked the unit for our adult children as we live on the old tenth tee box of the same golf course. It was very convenient and only a short walk away from our house for them. If you want to golf, hike, bike and have unparalleled views of the Colorado National Monument this is a great choice.

This place is wonderful...location, view, well stocked, lots of room.

My Wife and our dear friends stayed at this property while attending a Ringo Starr concert in Grand Junction. We really enjoyed the property and its wonderful location. The property backs up to a nice golf course and looks out at the nearby Colorado National Memorial rock cliffs. The view is amazing from both the lower patio and the upper patio. The owner was very easy to contact and he was proactive in his approach to making sure our visit was comfortable. The property was very clean and well stocked. We will stay here again when in the area.

The property was very clean and backed up to a golf course which made for a nice coffee area in the morning. The badge were comfortable. The stairway was narrowed with a non working chair lift. The unit was just a half block off of Broadway, which made for easy navigation to Colorado monument entrance shopping and Redland Mesa golf course. If we get back to the area, we would definitely consider this place again.

Overall this place was amazing with beautiful views and close to all the amazing spots in the area.

This was our 6th stay at this lovely property. So beautiful and peaceful. The property is always clean and inviting and the host is amazing. Its location is perfect! It’s in a quiet clean neighborhood but close to all the fun and the view is spectacular. We will return again and again!
