Grand East Nash 4BR-Hot Tub & Deck!

Overall the size of the house was great for our extended family. The large family room and outside space were used the most!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We look forward to staying again next year.

Great home for our family of 8 - in Nash for a wedding and we enjoyed our stay!

Loved it all. Only a few criticisms— knives needed sharpening; couldn’t make the tv work in the upstairs common room; the lights in the large dressing room/closet weren’t working. The living room couches were worn and uncomfortable. Otherwise, top of the line all the way!

Absolutely fantastic house. Huge with plenty of rooms and space to hangout. Great deck area and a big fenced in yard. Felt like we were tucked into a little cove. Very happy and will stay here again! Stayed with 8 guys and had everything we needed.

Amazing time! House was perfect for our girls trip with ages 97 to 16.

Beautiful property with tons of space and a really nice patio!

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice! The house is amazing! So much room for all 9 of us. We all had separate bathrooms. House was fully stocked well with enough to cook dinners. The only downfall was the upstairs central air doesn’t work well we had it set to 70 but the upstairs never went below 76 degrees. Perfect location!!

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay and celebrate our daughters graduation. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The large kitchen island was perfect for gathering. The home felt really well cared for a super clean. Will stay here again next time.

House was wonderful, all that was advertised. Very clean, spacious. Great location, short drive to all we wanted to see. My only little issue, the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. We are a group of older women, love to sit and play games at night and catch up on our busy lives. We had to put cushions from the couch in the chairs. It was a beautiful dining sit, but not comfortable at all. That is the only thing wrong, and it maybe only to us. Would rent again for sure.

This place is HUGE. It looks like a good-sized house but once you're inside it's like WHOA. You could sleep an entire family in the master closet.This place is obviously a destination for bachelorette party groups (mardi gras beads on the indoor plants) but served our family very well. Everyone had their own space when down-time was needed, it's close to 5 Points for tons of amazing, walkable dining, and is a short car ride (traffic pending) to downtown Nashville.It's managed by a local management company, not the owner, so response times can sometimes be a bit slower than when you deal directly with an owner. Nevertheless, the place was well-stocked, clean, and very nice!My only cons for the place were (a) no USB ports anywhere in the house, (b) the cover for the hot tub is an absolute beast to get off, and (c) the kitchen was pretty poorly stocked for anything aside from everyday tableware. Mixing bowls, storage containers, etc., were nowhere to be found.All-in-all, great place.

The property manager was very easy to work with and had quick responses, when needed. The house is amazing, it’s layout is very conducive to lay back and chill everybody having a little bit of privacy and being able to take their own . Great location we will be back next year.

it was good very clean very quite . Had everything they said they had just wish it was curtains on a door other than that i would highly recommend booking this home !!

House was great for three generation get together. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen and dining room great for family dinner. All equipment worked well and had detailed instructions. Excellent communication with the owner.

Great house for wedding pre-functioning. Lots of open space for guests and mingling.

This is a great house in a fun neighborhood. Very comfortable for ten adults and two infants. The property managment was super helpful and went out of the way to bring us gear for the infants. East Nashville is also a fun and vibrant neighborhood.

Overall property was great. Couple of thing should be addressed: 1.shower gel dispenser in each need to be installed 2. more importantly the Weber Grill was UNUSABLE. Very disappointed

This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. We hope it will be available next year.

It was very pleasant. Felt safe. The barbeque was dirty and we had to put tin foil over the grills because the grills were rusty. A couple of the dining room chairs were broken, but we were able to make them work.

Spacious home and bathroom/shower for each bedroom, nice large deck with plenty of seating, great neighborhood.

We rented this for our group of 10. We loved the space & it was very clean. Short ride to broadway, so Ubers do add up if you have a lot of people. But would stay here again

Beautiful house and great location. I would say it could have been a littler cleaner. There was hair on the floors and in the tubs and shower. And it looked like it could of have a good dusting of all window seals. But other than that, great place!

The house was clean and very well put together. I would recommend this house to everybody

This home was in a great location but it was so dirty. Dirty underwear and empty snacks under the beds, the bed lines were used actually, they had pee stains on them. There were very little utensils to cook with in the kitchen. The washing machine had mold in it and the smell was horrible. There was very limited cleaning supplies I ended up buying my own and giving the place a clean. The grass wasn’t cut and the hot tub was filthy. There was a beautiful deck but we couldn't sit out on it because of the mosquitoes. If they cut the grass I bet it wouldn’t have been so bad.The bath towels had bleach stains on them. We contacted the property management and he was so rude and accused us of having threatening behavior which was was absolutely not true. This place was not cheap and I expected a little more from the management. Overall very disappointing and embarrassing as we had family in from Ireland and wanted to show them a good time. We have stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the worst.

House is beautiful. However, it was extremely dirty. The deck could use some work too. I would actually like to have our cleaning fee reimbursed because the house so so dirty.
