Reviewer Comments: Home was nice on the surface when you first enter but once in, all kinds of maintenance and cleaning issues were quite annoying.. The master bedding was stained as if someone spilled coffee or something brown on comforter and sheets. Why would you remake bed with same set??? There were LARGE roaches everywhere and the Air conditioner did not function. We called several times as kitchen level was creeping up to 83 and it was hot. The 1st maintenance guy who shows up decided to be a smart *** as if we didn’t know how to read the sign with request of keeping temp at 72 and told us it’s hot because there are high ceilings as if we are uneducated folks. He was LESS than a little friendly. The 2nd gentleman who came was actually HVAC and was very nice. He shared that unit was not working properly but he got it to cool down for us. We stayed 5days and the day before we left, we called during working hours at 5:30pm for the 3rd time and NO ONE came so we sat in a very Hot home using fans. The power tripped overnight and we called as stove/oven did not work so we waited 4hrs before we could fix breakfast for the family after someone finally showed up to restart breaker in the garage. We cleaned/picked up the house and took photos of each room upon our departure and I definitely spoke to someone at front desk. Megan was a supervisor on duty and she was quite apologetic and also followed up with me letting me know that they were going to give my a 10% discount on my total bill of more than $11k for 5day stay. For this price, I would suggest homeowners spray for pest and fix their appliances. Fringe glass was sitting in dining room floor. There was missing hardware in master. Etc. we had plumbing issues but the 3 men in our family fixed it. there was a busted water pipe right outside that was flowing water and No one addressed. We love Cinnamon Shores and did not have these issues in previous visit with another property that was less in weekly pricing.
