This Granby Ranch condo delivers true ski-in/ski-out access to 38 trails at 9,000 feet, plus community hot tub and pool. The gas fireplace and mountain views through oversized windows make this a year-round retreat, whether you're carving fresh powder in winter or teeing off at the resort golf course in summer. Sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, and back patio. This rental includes one free ticket, per activity, per day to some of our favorite attractions! After booking you will receive a personal link to book your activities.



The Space:

The open-concept living area features a gas fireplace, smart TV with streaming, comfortable sofa and armchair seating, and large picture windows framing Rocky Mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a spacious island for casual meals or prep work. The formal dining table seats 6. Step onto the back patio for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh mountain air. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is outfitted with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, sleeping 4. There's also a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi throughout. Garage parking for 1 vehicle plus driveway space for 2 more. Ski and snowboard holders mounted in the garage. ❄️ Winter guests ski out the front door to 38 trails and return the same way after a day on the slopes. ☀️ Summer brings mountain golf along the Fraser River, fishing for trout, hiking trails for all skill levels, and biking through native terrain.

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. This home is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the heart of Granby Ranch, a resort community with direct ski access in winter. The community pool and hot tub at Ranch Hall are steps away, along with a clubhouse, game room, and fitness center. Downtown Granby is a 10-minute drive, where you'll find the Granby Farmers Market for fresh local produce and the Granby Art Gallery featuring local artists. Lake Granby offers fishing for trout, bass, and pike. The Fraser River runs through the resort golf course, providing scenic views and fly fishing opportunities. Hiking and biking trails for all levels are accessible right from the property and throughout the surrounding Rocky Mountains.



Getting Around:

Granby Ranch is located off US Highway 40 in Granby, Colorado. Denver International Airport is approximately 90 miles east, about a 2-hour drive depending on weather and traffic. Winter Park Resort is 20 miles south, roughly 30 minutes by car. Rocky Mountain National Park's west entrance near Grand Lake is about 25 miles north. Downtown Granby shopping and dining is 10 minutes away.

• Parking: 3 cars maximum

• Ranch Hall access is available for $20 per person per day, paid directly at Ranch Hall. This includes the clubhouse, game room, and fitness center.

• Community pool and hot tub require a daily pass purchased at Ranch Hall for $20 per person per day. Children 8 and under are free. You must show proof of your reservation at this address to receive the pass.

• Ski and snowboard holders are installed in the garage for guest use.

    Can basically ski right to the door. Very Clean. Convenient to Grocery store. 15 dollars per person per day for use of pool, jacuzzi, fitness center. Fitness center well equipped. Granby nice family friendly resort.

    This wonderful townhome made for a perfect family vacation. The property was sparkling clean, which is important to me, had a very nicely appointed kitchen with all you need, comfortable furniture, and smart TVs mounted in the living room and master bedroom. I'm usually a poor sleeper when away from home, but the bed in the master was so comfortable, I slept soundly. I was vacationing with my son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 2-5). The bunk bed room was a huge hit with the kids, and both queen bedrooms were comfortable. The thoughtful owners had even left games, coloring books, and crayons for the kids to play with, and plenty of beach towels for the pool (which we didn't get a chance to try out this time, but I'm sure we'll be back). As always happens, there were a few tiny glitches (a momentarily missing tv remote and difficulty with the keypad), but both the management company and the owners handled everything quickly. I can't say enough good things about this property, and I look forward to returning!

    We had a wonderful stay during Spring Break! This home worked well for our group that ranged from a toddler to grandparents. Our friends/family all rented other condos in the area and everyone ended up using ours as the meeting spot - it was perfect for quickly popping in to grab a snack/lunch during the day (only a 1 min walk from the main lodge), to having everyone for dinner before retiring to their own condos for the evening. We loved the proximity, the layout, and how clean this home was. They also had everything needed to make it easy for a family to show up and be right at home! Granby Ranch has become a tradition for us for Spring Break skiing, and we look forward to renting from this host again next year!

    Thank you for the hospitality! The house was great and suited our family of 7 perfect. The house was perfectly clean when we got there and the check in/check out procedures were a breeze. Thanks again! I would highly recommend this stay. The local swimming pool is directly behind the property so it’s only a 1 minute walk to swim in the heated pool and hot tub! Just an fyi: kids 8 & under are free and anyone 9+ is $10 a day to swim. We had a great time!

    We enjoyed the location of this property. You could easily walk to the chair lifts or nearby pool. The property was really nice and well stocked. Great communication by host and solved an easy problem for us. Parking at house was nice with a garage spot and two driveway spots. We loved all the windows and bright open concept.. We will definitely be back and pick this spot again.
