Stayed Sep 7, 2024On a yearly fishing trip, group of five guys. Excellent location for our needs. Unique home with plenty of room. Only thing is carpet could use some stretching/repair. Very good communication.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Overall this was a great property. We stayed for 4 nights up there. We were worried we were going to run out of paper products. We also thought there weren’t enough towels but we found them on the last night we were there so we were covered. Since it was summer we didn’t need a lot of blankets. On the contrary, it would have been nice to have a fan in every room at night for sleeping because even with the windows open it was still warm in the house. Everything was comfortable and clean. The views were great. There was enough room for us to park two SUVs and a utility trailer in the driveway.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023Pretty nice house that suited our needs very well and was located perfect for our needs. We were there for our annual fishing trip on the Gunnison and Taylor rivers. Unfortunately, the water was shut off to the entire neighborhood for most of our stay, no one's fault. We were offered another property but choose to stay and the management did a great job making accommodations to get us through the stay. Jenny was extremely quick to respond every time we need to communicate.
