Beautiful property. Enjoyed the view while sitting outdoors to dine. Near Limekiln state park where we saw Orcas two different days of our stay.

Wonderful family vacation destination! The house and surroundings inspired family fun on the lake, relaxing bbq dinners on the porches, and quiet time for napping. The home was spacious and family friendly for all ages. Gramma Rikki was a lovely host - so easy to work with!

Gorgeous property with fun swimming for the kids and quiet deck over looking the waters below. So much space for all of us, and Gramma Rikki was available for all our needs.

Rikki's place is beautiful and she is a wonderful, interesting owner that we enjoyed getting to know. We loved our time there.

Our annual Family Vacation, where we all get together in a relaxed, non-rushed itinerary. The kids exclaimed that this was the best we ever did. We've been to the seashore, the mountains, a river, and a lake. The kids are asking if we can go back to Gramma Rikki's house.

Beautiful property with everything you need for a family gathering

Our daughter and 6 grandsons stayed at Grandma Rikki's in Friday Harbor & it was a blast!! So much to do on the property for all 6 kids ages 3-13!! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing and Grandma Rilki was very welcoming. We will be back one day!!!

We celebrated a 4-day over Christmas holiday here. Three adult couples and four grandchildren between the ages of four and two. Everything worked out very very nicely and we enjoyed our stay immensely. I would recommend it to anyone.

Gramma Rikki's marvelous home was the perfect spot for our family get-together. The listing shows the extensive amenities and we loved every part - the lake and water toys, playground, hot tub, games, etc. It's a special place for playing together, hanging out on the gorgeous grounds, enjoying lively family meals, and for quiet moments in the stunning house. Gramma Rikki lives in a separate house on the property, and she personally welcomed us and truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated her help getting our car charged. So much was delightfully unique about our stay, and we hope to return soon.

We were a family of ten including 7 adults and 3 children. We found Grandma Rikki's home to be spacious and welcoming. There was room for everyone and we all enjoyed the outside activites. The home is about 20 minutes from Friday Harbor and a perfect blend of nature and the ability to reach town quickly. You will be about a mile from Kiln Lime Park, where we watched the orcas. We found our host to be gracious and helpful. Thank you Grandma Rikki for the best family vacation!

This property has something for everyone! Comfy rooms and beds, oodles of amenities both indoors and out, and in a secure and stunning setting. We actually found it difficult to leave this oasis to explore the island. ?. Gramma Rikki was over the top welcoming and loved sharing her dogs with our grandkids.

The house and grounds were beautiful. There was a lot for the kids to do. Accommodations were comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely return.
