Gorgeous waterfront home with lagoon views & firepit - walk to South Beach

This is an excellent getaway place to visit. The house is spacious, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The lagoon has a full time alligator that is is fun to watch along with the other wildlife that is ever present. The bike trails are plentiful and very easy to cruise on.

Lovely home. Very clean. Perfectly appointed

We attended a camp at South Beach racquet club and this house was a great location for using the South Beach area. It was walkable. Also, it was close to Harbour Town and other areas for shopping and dining. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was perfect for our group. Indoor space was very clean and very spacious. Also it was nicely updated. In the property description it said “hairdryer.” It actually meant one hairdryer, as opposed to one hairdryer per bathroom. That was a bit of a challenge with four women. Missing some basic things I have gotten used to when using a rental, like tissues, starter coffee pods, food wrap, etc. Main patio was very nice for nature watching and relaxation (it was small, but very quiet). All the side patios off the bedrooms were unusable.

We loved all the space and the large tv. We took awhile to figure out the lights and fans and which switches operated what but that was just a minor inconvenience. The kitchen is very nice and all the furnishings in the home were very fancy and updated. We even had deer come right into our back porch near the pond. Overall a great week and we would definitely go back .

My family has been vacationing on Hilton Head for the past 15 years and stayed in a number of different locations, but this was by far the nicest home we stayed at. There were 4 adults and 5 children in the home during the stay but it never felt as if it was crowded, as the home provided plenty of space for gatherings, meals and personal quiet times. The home is located a short walk from multiple beach accesses as well as the South Beach marina. I would highly recommend this home for its comfort, space and location.

We love the house! It’s great and our family (8) had a great time! We’ll be back!

Beautiful property in a great location

Nice big house great baths, kitchen and living area.Only issue was technology.Asoldfolks we had issues with the advance lighting and t set up.finally reached someone ( prop mgr) who helped us hook up Hulu to get local channels to include Super Bowl.But a huge residence with4 baths and brooms.

This remodeled home was spacious, well-equipped, secluded, convenient to beach, and well-accommodated our three family crew, with room to spare.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The furniture was very comfortable and there was more than enough room for my seven person party to stay comfortably. There is a short walk to the beach, but it is a lovely walk and the beach is beautiful.

Great space for families, terrific location, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other. No beach umbrellas, no chairs so plan on renting or buying. Very responsive with some small issues that came up except for the cookware which was badly scratched, but will surely be rectified after our visit;) would definitely rent again
