Gorgeous Waterfront 4Bed Home on the Channel from Silver Lake and the Sand Dunes

The house was perfect for a Girls’s Get-A-Way. The kitchen is well stocked, the deck has enough seating for all of us, and owner was prompt with communication.

Awesome experience and a great location - we enjoyed the paddle boat and the fire pit!

The house was very clean and had everything that would need. If you have little ones it’s very child proof even a baby gate. The location is perfect. If you have a chance visit the lighthouse and the beautiful beach and lake.

This house is beautiful! 4 bedrooms as listed. 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers. The house is very clean and has a beautifully updated kitchen (I took videos to use when I remodel) We used the paddleboat and kayaks. They offer a ton of amenities. We never got around to doing a fire, but there is a firepit out back with wood provided. The canal is perfect depth, shallow and you feel safe. The (adult) children loved playing guitar hero (and so did us parents) This house is a great location for all the Silver Lake activities; Mac Woods, State Park for your own dune rides or climbing the dunes, the lighthouse and beach, we even found a winery 5 minutes down the road. We carryed in chicken wings from the Chicken Shack Best Darn wings and we had pizza from the bucket bar. Both highly recommended. The host provided quick responses to everything, from confirming our reservation, communicating the check in details. Checking on our stay and providing check out details. We will 100% absolutley consider this property the next time we come up! It was perfect for our 7 adults! Thanks for the memories!

Check was simple as always this is our fourth year renting this property. The has everything our family needs and the host has made some amazing upgrades to the property. He is always willing to answer questions and the response is quick. This house has everything you need for your trip.

Great house and location. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the channel, Mac Woods Dune Ride, Pontoon Rental, Craig’s Cruiser rides, the beach, the Lighthouse and so much more.

Our family had so much fun here. We used the boats for hours and hours. The house was spacious and clean, and the host was very responsive to our questions. We hope to come back in the future!

The property was exceptional. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the channel, barbequing on the patio, enjoying the dunes as well as the many fun things to do in town. We would definitely rent the property again.

It was the perfect base for day trips to cute little towns. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with things we didn’t know we needed until we got there! Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. The back yard is a little paradise to have coffee or wine outside. Watching the cranes come and go was an added bonus.

We had never been to Silver Lake before, but we had such a great time! The cottage is located in a great spot close to the dunes. We had a blast kayaking, pedal boating and canoeing along the channel to Silver Lake. It's so handy to have life vests and water equipment available without having to bring that all in yourself. The rental was very clean and was everything we expected. What we didn't expect was how quickly everything close by would close down post season. The little light house was still accessible but you couldn't go inside. The Wippy Dip was closed and the general store had very limited hours. Not a big deal though. We were able to get a some things from Dollar General about 10 min away as well as groceries from Hansen's about 20 min away. Took day trips to Pentwater and Montague. Lovely towns. Highly recommend Mac Woods dune ride, lunch at Lipka's, and the beach at Mears state park. We will definitely be back! It's a gem!

It was one of the best we have stayed at. While we did not avail ourselves of any of the amenities like the kayaks, canoe, firepit, xbox, etc., we really enjoyed it. The beds were soo comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had an amazing time canoeing, kayaking, and roasting s'mores over the fire pit. We had delicious ice cream at least once a day. We kayaked across the lake (even my 10-year-old daughter) which took about 20 minutes and then we had a private beach on the dunes. We spent so much time in the water and the sand and doing things and loved coming back to this lovely house each evening. AC and Bosch ovens, TVs etc. comfortable and clean beds. Only complaint is no laundry on site. Ryan was super responsive and helpful and the whole family wants to come back next year. Highly recommend!

Great house as described. Kitchen has everything that you need. Kids and all adults enjoyed kayaks a lot. We all enjoyed our stay here. Host was responsive. Would like to come back.

The house was amazing....so close to activities, wonderful layout of the house for a family....our host was so on top of making sure we had everything we needed.....
