Gorgeous water views, convenient Surf City location, fenced yard, & many extras!

This property was perfect for the four of us and our two fur babies. Loved having two living rooms, the views from the decks were stunning, and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet with such quick access to the beach. It was the perfect place for our long weekend. Thank you!

Great stay. The house is clean and comfortable. They have everything you need. I cooked most nights, they had a full kitchen. The views are beautiful, and the dog yard was perfect. The owners are great to work with, and the neighborhood is friendly. The walk to the beach is quick and shaded. Super place!

Super cool sound property with everything you need for a great stay

What a beautiful home! The main floor was perfect for spending time with family with multiple places to eat and sit (indoors and on the deck). The kitchen with a large island was great for a group of people as well and with plenty of counter space. We loved being able to hear the ocean from the front of the house (especially at night). The intercostal views from the back of the house were lovely. Everything was clean. It was wonderful having two bedrooms with bathrooms and a third bathroom! Just an fyi that I didn’t realize until I booked: there are mattress covers, blankets, comforters, and pillows on the beds. You will need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, hand towels, and bath towels (or use a service that the owners provide you with contact information).

The property has everything needed for the stay, very pet friendly and the host is very good to work with I would recommend staying here with anyone.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house is a very short walk to the beach and there was plenty of space to relax both inside and outside. The fenced in yard was particularly appreciated for the dogs. The balcony is a lovely place to enjoy a drink and enjoy the water view!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things we were a little disappointed in. The review made it sound like you were on the inlet. There were NO fish, which is one reason we picked this place. We were hoping to fish. When we arrive the dishwasher was full of dishes and the rug had dog hair all over it. Don't mind dog hair because I have dogs, but for the price I thought it would have been cleaned. The shower upstairs has mold, but I understand it can't be perfect. Neighborhood, bikes and walking trails were perfect.

We have been to the Topsail area many times during the summer and decided to do a fall trip and would highly recommend it! The view over the inter coastal was so stunning especially during evening sunsets. The area was very quiet and close to town.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything about it. The layout of the house worked very well for our group and we really enjoyed the sunsets and exploring the beach within quick walking distance. We would definitely come back.

This house is not only comfortable but has everything one might need in a beach property. Short walk to the beach and the bay views with the sunsets is a real treat! Clean too!
