Gorgeous views on large, quiet cove just off Main Lake.

Second time in this home, we had a great time relaxing with family, cooking and playing board games. Home is very cozy even for large families. Was nice to have a dock to hang out on and the kids had plenty of room inside to do their thing while the adults hung out and the main living space is great for late night movies.

Great views, and great place for family stays. Fishing and swimming were a blast.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Lake Gaston. Owners were readily available. Property is older and could use some TLC but we have no complaints!

Great week at the lake with our kids and grandkids. The house had plenty of space for 10 of us and the dock made it perfect for days by the lake swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing and watching beautiful sunsets. Very quiet part of the lake which made it great for the grand kids swimming. We loved this house and plan to return.

The property was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Janis was a great host, very accommodating and communicative. Strong recommend!

Our family enjoyed this house for a long weekend getaway. The living space is excellent and comfortable with huge windows for an amazing lake view. We were lucky enough to watch a spectacular sunset. It was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The Songbird Haven was an perfect fit for a gathering of old friends. It was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and roomy enough for group food preparation. Living room area had plenty of seating and a beautiful view. Check in was easy. We will definitely rent this home again!!

Stayed here for a weekend with family. We knew nothing about this general area, but we were so happy with everything about the home. The comfort, the layout, the views. I have rarely been at a rental home where everyone was comfortable inside and we all said we can easily do another week here straight through. I would recommend this home for someone wanting a great layout, and a very serene location. If you are unfamiliar with the area, i would also suggest trying to arrive during daylight which we barely made but it was really easy- just unfamiliar. The only time i would not recommend this area is if you want to stay in a bustling location with many food and shopping options. We will likely be have.

The house was clean and comfortable. All the kitchen cabinets were labeled so everything was very easy to find. My favorite part was the warm clean water and the paddle boards. This is an exceptional rental!!
