Gorgeous View New Remodeled 2 bdrm 2ba-Dock

Great updated amenities and having a private dock was a huge plus for our family to go fishing! The outdoor space was wonderful for our kids to play and watch the sunset.

Very convenient if u bring a boat and the place is very nice.

The communication with owners was excellent. We did get to meet them, very nice people. The house is awesome! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more! Very comfortable bedrooms and amazing shower! We struggled with cell and wifi service. For any activities have to travel to Yuma.

The house has recently been beautifully remodeled. Lots of nice features. The location is perfect, and the view of the water from the back yard is amazing. We will be back.

Awesome location along the river! The dock was great, the house was clean and spacious and the patio and view of the river was the best! The owners were very responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

This is a great location in the Martinez Lake area. Right across the street from the bar/restaurant. Parking and unloading boat were quick and easy. Backyard is great with great views. The dock is very convenient. Clean property with plenty of seating and space for 2 couples plus 1 or 2 kids. Pros: -Stocked kitchen! Spices and appliances- bring cooking oil butter -Keypad entry -very comfortable beds -AC works great!! -clean counters and spaces for entertaining Cons: -Would have liked shampoo/conditioner/body soap in the bathrooms- be sure to pack your own - no related to home- the restaurant is very slow and unorganized. Don’t plan on eating there- we tried but left and made our own dinner. Would stay here again!
