After an extensive renovation this cheerful home is the perfect space to enjoy a week by the beach. Upon entering the home through the enclosed porch, guests enjoy a welcoming open area offering spaces to relax, eat and cook. The home features a new kitchen with quartz countertops, propane stove and breakfast bar which seats four people. A Keurig as well as a drip coffeemaker are provided. A kitchen table also seats four additional guests. A sliding glass door in the kitchen opens to a back deck and a fenced yard. The master bedroom offers a large king bed with private half bathroom. The guest room sleeps up to four people on two sets of bunk beds. The full bathroom is bright with a new tiled shower and pedestal sink.

Enjoy grilling your favorite summer barbecue on a new Weber grill in the spacious back yard.This property includes a fully enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach. Coffee shops, sandwich shops, boutiques and restaurants, including the famed Coast Guard House Restaurant are all within a five minute stroll.

Narragansett Town Beach is 1/4 mile away from the property. The home also offers two transferable beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
