A great place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. Community allows 2 cars per unit.


Cool off in the community pool, located just a few houses down or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the Gulf. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating andbicycling throughout the neighborhood with it's charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Come home and relax on the covered porches and enjoy the beach breezes. Believe it or not... in the Summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a three minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee, purchase a book at Barnes and Noble and eat a wonderful meal at Camille's Restaurant.

'Kids and Grandkids' is a fantastic, spacious home with four bedrooms and four baths.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area with top of the line stainless steel appliances... a large open living area and flat screen television.

This spacious home has two beautiful master suites, both with king beds on the first floor.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.

On the second floor, you will find custom made built in bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen, top bunk is a twin. Both bunks have trundle beds.
