Wonderful week at Siren's Song! Thank you Ray and Barb! We have stayed here many times over the years and will return again. The handicap ramp is worth it's weight in gold and the addition of the fenced yard is perfect for our furry friends. Only negative is that the week went so darn fast it felt as though we had just arrived when we had to pack up and go!

We had a wonderful time, the porches were the best AND the fenced in area for the dogs was fabulous. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with 3 of the bedrooms oceanfront with balconies. Very clean, hardwood floors, flat screens in every room. Spacious 3 level deck with gates. It was very good for the whole family, kids loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked and made cooking in easy. The beach was amazing and almost felt like a private beach. Handicapped ramp to main level really was a lifesaver with an injured party in our group. The owner was very responsive to any of my questions.

Siren's Song is a big beautiful house on a gorgeous beach.We had a wonderful time and our small dog loved the fenced in yard. We have already booked a return trip for next summer.

Our family had the best time spending a week at this beach house! The beach access and 2 story deck was perfect! The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bedroom/bathroom layout worked really well for traveling with kids and grandparents! We loved our time at Topsail and hope to plan a second trip soon!

Barbara has made some really thoughtful upgrades since our last visit -- a fenced in yard that our dog loved, a new deck with easy access to the beach. This home has everything you need for a peaceful week at Topsail.

It was the third time we stayed there. The house has a great quiet location with an amazing positive vibe! You have an ocean view from the bedrooms, kitchen and living-room.We really had a wonderful week there as usual.

Sirens Song offers everything for a perfect vacation. It is comfortably furnished and exceptionally clean. We appreciate that the owner has not overlooked any of the guests' or pet needs. The view of the ocean from the cottage is superb, and beach access is very easy. The property is nicely fenced and landscaped and would be particularly inviting and safe for children to play.

A good size for everyone to spread out, the gates and fence are wonderful for a family with a pet and a toddler. Plenty of shade and sun, i loved the afternoons on the glider out front

Siren’s Song was a home away from home for our first trip to Topsail. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to bring our 2 little dogs and the fencing was secure so they didn’t escape. The beach access was very convenient. Barbara followed up to ensure we were able to access the property with the door code. I felt she was available if we needed anything. We will definitely check into this property again when we start planning our next vacation.

We have stayed at this home several times over the years and it is perfect for our family. The main level is perfect for my 81 year old mom. She can have a bedroom and private bath on the main level without having to climb stairs. My husband and I can have our own floor on the top level. The house is 5-10 minutes away from the shops and restaurants which makes it a peacful beach area. The new deck stairs are wide and not very steep which makes them easy to navigate. The fenced in yard is super convienient for dogs.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here. We could not ask for better house, location and communication with property owner. Already booked for year 4!

We truly enjoyed this home. It was equiped with everything we needed as far as kitchenware, beds were very comfortable. The yard was great for the two whippets and deck very safe. Loved the high Adirondack chairs for great views! Clean grill to use. In the past we have not had luck with beach gear at rental. We did bring our own again, but were so pleasantly surprised at the nice condition of all gear at the house. We would stay again! Thank you!

This was our second time at Siren's Song. We find the house very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The house and porches are perfect for a relaxing vacation, and the newly fenced in area is fantastic. We look forward returning next year!
