Gorgeous OCEANFRONT Home ~ Forest Beach Area ~ Dog Friendly ~ Private Pool

The home is beautiful but the views are amazing! We had a few issues but Coastal Homes and Villa’s came right out. Check-in is at 4:00 but when we got there the cleaning people were still working. Never left til 4:20. Then, they were ringing the doorbell at 7:20 am before we left! The steps are much steeper than they look in the pictures, I have bad knees so I tried not to go up and down too much. My little Maltese had an hard time on them too. Also, a railing to get in and out of the pool would be nice. I had a little trouble stepping down into the pool. We had a few good storms so a covered patio would be nice on the main level to watch them in. Having an outside shower was nice to rinse the sand off! A bathroom by the pool would be a big plus as well as another refrigerator down there! They say there aren’t any beach toys but there is a lot in the tub plus we left more too.

We loved the Dune Lane area;Cons; the pool could have been larger for six adults and one child and a larger deck with seating for more than four would have been really nice. However, neither of these cons impacted our stay at all! We loved HH and hope to return in the near future!

Wonderful house overlooking the beach and ocean. The house is beautiful and very clean and just as described. Great communication with property management … easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood could not be better … quiet established neighborhood with great walking and also very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back - it can’t be soon enough! The house is a few steps from the beach and was located very close to all of the restaurants and shops in the area. The house is beautiful inside and was a perfect size for our family. We were told our pool would be heated when we arrived. It felt chilly compared to a normal heated pool so we gave it a day to see if it would feel better. We were only there 5 days so unfortunately we spent two days out of the pool because it turned out it wasn't heated as promised when we would arrive. BUT we called the management company and they sent someone out immediately to figure out the problem. I would just make sure to confirm this is heated prior to your arrival. I would come back!

The views were wonderful and the ease of getting to the beach was great. The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was also great to be able to bring our dog. We loved the neighborhood and the shopping just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful vacation!

Absolutely beautiful property and great location. It was great having ocean front views for most bedrooms with private baths for most. Kitchen was fully equipped.
