Gorgeous Naples Pool and Spa home tucked away on a quiet Briarwood cul-de-sac

The home was spectacular and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was spotless. Pool area was the best yet! Comfortable furniture outside. Wish we could go back.

On arrival the 4 bath towels (strictly one per guest, were wet but we simply put them in the dryer and it was sorted. The downside of this property, fine after fine. The threat of fines for the most trivial of matters, such as not putting the trash out on the correct days and in white plastic bags, yet on arrival the trash cans were full. We received an email saying we should follow the instructions to allow access for our friends. We did this on numerous occasions, yet nothing was logged at the gatehouse, maybe you should check this process out, again another email telling us off. I did reply to this email with a number of minor issues with the property, yet the rental company failed to even respond.Please appreciate we are a party of 4 grown up adults if you care to check our date of births on registration, this did put a dampener on our holiday.Was the property clean... check under the beds.Management company... started receiving check out emails 3 days before leaving and then each day until we left!We have rented in this community for over 20 years and never experienced rules and threats of fines as strict as this. It was a first visit to Naples for our friends, one who is a doctor and one a CEO, they were not impressed at all with the property management company.

We stayed at this house for 13 nights and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and it is equipped with everything you need. Communication with Nicole was easy and helpful and she responded to our requests asap. We have stayed in Briarwood before and we love it because it takes 10 min to get everywhere (beaches, old Naples, shopping…). Overall we loved our stay and we would definitely book this house again

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Coldstream Court home in Naples for the month of October 2024. House was beautiful. The lanai area was outstanding. House was well equipped with dishes, towels and linens. Bought my own oven mitts as there weren't any in kitchen. A couple issues...little cleaning supplies. No mop and floor desperately needed to be mopped. Would definitely rent next year, however we were told owner might not be renting out. We did ask managers if we could look at another property while we were there in hopes of renting and they did not get back to us.

Incidents/facts from my 1 month stay: Kitchen is remodeled. Photos - outdated - couch is white (not black) - too many chairs in office. Maroon chair in spare bedroom prevents you to move around easily. Upon arrival, front door area was filthy & windows in living room are too & moldy looking. CNE was contacted. Front door area was cleaned. CNE said the windows are only cleaned once a year after hurricane season is over = embarrassing. Blinds were closed to hide the filth. Master bedroom light switches = abysmal - some are covered w/packing tape to keep guests from using them! 2 blind slats in master bedroom are broken & 1 sink in master bathroom doesn't work properly. Maintenance (poor attitude) arrived - said sink is that way since installed & did nothing to fix it! TV in living room is most difficult system to figure out. Directions are useless. You can definitely hear road traffic when sitting at the pool which you WILL need to fill it once a week or it will make a noise (pool guy is very nice). Clocks listed for each bedroom in the paperwork = FALSE. Worst part - someone came in the house May 30. I was in a back bedroom said hello? - no answer. I heard the door close & the person drove off. I informed CNE. I asked should file a police report. CNE said it was the cleaning lady. How am I to know when someone just walks in unannounced. This is a serious safety issue for renters. CNE took offense & refuse to rent to me in the future. CNE = incredibly rude & unprofessional!!

House was clean, bright, well stocked and welcoming.Walking distance to community pool and pickleball courts. Neighbors are very nice and welcoming.We did experience a weekend mechanical A/C issue which was quickly dealt with by the CNE ladies, Kim and Nicole. Great job!Already booked another 42 nights in this house for 2025!

This trip was no exception.

Nice place

We had together with our teenage daughter great 4 weeks in the beautiful house. There is everything available that is needed. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area. Even the proximity to Livingston Road we have not found disturbing. We hope to come back again soon.

Reviewer Comments: It could have been so beautiful if the service and care had not been so bad.One is constantly bombarded with admonishing messages from CNE, but on messages from the renter to CNE is not responded. Only after multiple requests and even then only personally was a craftsman sent. The pool service we have not seen the whole 2 weeks. But you have to distinguish between the location and the service.We were already very often in the Briarwood complex in various houses that were not serviced by CNE. We never had any problems and were always very satisfied. The facility is safe and very well maintained.So conclusion: Briarwood 5 ***** - service care max 2 **
