Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!

The main level of DVEV 58 offers stunning views from the spacious deck and grill area of the mountains and lake. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living space, the family area is spacious and cozy with light modern finishes, iron railings, luxury Viking appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.

Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

    The house was amazing. It was modern with plenty of space. Bathrooms were beautiful and kitchen had high end appliances. The location was great for skiing at Deer Valley - just a short drive to the Jordanelle Gondola and even closer to the newly opened Deer Valley East Village. This place is highly recommended.

    We loved our stay at this stylish townhome! With its stunning views and spacious interior, it was perfect for our group.     We had a great time at Mayflower Lakeside 58! The townhome is beautifully appointed with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer stunning views.     We really enjoyed our time at the property. There was still a little bit of a water pressure issue in the basement but nothing too bad. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! It was very close to the lake and a short drive to park city! We would absolutely stay here again.
