The upstairs wrap-around patio provides an excellent eating or gathering space.

UPSTAIRS:
KITCHEN: The high-end cook's kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range with a large convection oven, a large three-door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water, an ultra-quiet dishwasher and a built-in microwave. Large granite work surfaces, a custom center island, stainless steel main sink and a separate prep sink provide ample food preparation and serving space. Fully equipped with a host of small appliances, utensils, high-quality All-Clad pots and pans, baking tools, serving dishes and gorgeous tableware, any meal is a pleasure to prepare. The beverage bar includes a Ninja Coffee Bar machine and an electric kettle.

DINING: The dining area seats up to 12 at the large table, plus four chairs at the bar, for a total of 16 seated for dinner. Also, dining seating on the wrap-around deck with BBQ grill and grilling tools.

LIVING: Filled with natural light, this comfortable gathering space centers on a lovely corner gas fireplace and large windows with beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. A spacious open seating plan, a Samsung 50” UHD 4K SmartTV (access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Youtube) with BlueRay/DVD player, full room sound wireless speaker and convenient work space with USB chargers make this a perfect area to relax with family and friends. The comfortable queen sleeper sofa with premium mattress upgrade accommodates two more overnight guests. A large wrap-around outside deck with stunning views stays cool in the afternoon shade and provides outdoor seating and eating areas plus a natural-gas BBQ and fire pit (seasonal).

BEDROOMS:
Each of the four bedrooms is maximized for comfort, a private oasis with its own dedicated full bathroom and Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV with expanded HD cable TV channels, Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. Wonderfully comfortable beds boast four-star hotel-grade Sealy mattresses with hypoallergenic Cuddledown comforters and pillows, top-rated 100% cotton sheets, and soft cotton duvets.

BATHROOMS:
Bathrooms feature luxury cotton towels and bath mats, Tarocco hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, hairdryers and other amenities. Separate pool towels are provided for use at the neighborhood pool and hot tub a short walk away.

MASTER SUITE (UPSTAIRS): The large 295 sq. ft. upstairs master suite sleeps up to four persons and includes a king bed, queen pull-out sleeper sofa and with upgraded mattress, a Samsung 43 UHD 4K Smart TV, BlueRay DVD player, as well as a large outside deck, closet with shelving and ceiling fan for extra air circulation. The private en-suite master bath has a dual-sink granite vanity, a separate large soaking tub, a large walk-in shower with handheld shower and rain-head and a private toilet room.

    We had an incredible stay at Greg‘s lovely home. You are close to everything you’d want to see/do in Moab including Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. The home itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teens. Greg’s place is by far the most well-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is superbly equipped and had everything we needed to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. There are multiple coffee stations, 2 sets of laundry machines, 2 refrigerators, towels just for the hot tub, and a stash of water bottles and insulated coffee mugs to borrow. Greg was an excellent host and communicator, and was very accommodating of our schedule changes. Highly recommend, and hope to stay there again!

    Our group of 7 senior siblings enjoyed a great stay at this home in Moab. It has a good location - close to attractions and restaurants. The kitchen, dining and great room areas provide a comfortable open meeting space. There are lots of windows and outdoor seating with nice views. The house came equipped with everything we needed - and more. Beds comfortable and nice bedding and towels. Highly recommend.

    We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property in Moab. Our group included 5 adults and 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the 4 bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen beds. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The porch which included a grill and fire pit was closed in so it was the toddlers' favorite place to play safely. It was a very nice touch to have toys, a Pack and Play for the 18 month old, and also a gate we could use at the top of the stairs. The 2 washers and 2 dryers were very convenient to have. The spa outside on the lower patio was appreciated by our adult group members. All of the furnishings were up to date and very nice. The amazing variety of coffee pot types was appreciated. The owner was very responsive to questions about the property and how things worked. The location was perfect for trips to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. We would definitely rent this property again.

    The quality of the house and every amenity inside and outside of it are top notch. The house guide book was awesome. Instructions were clearly printed out and labeled. The owners, Gregg and Suzanne, made sure we felt right at home. Absolutely loved the house, the Moab area and the hosts!! Stayed at 6 other homes over a three week period. This house was far and away the winnner!

    Process from beginning to end was easy. Owners are super responsive. Amenities were great and house was suitable for four couples. All guests commented the property was great and would rent again. House is clean and comfy and stocked. The only downside main area is upstairs so if anyone has limitations to use stairs, this property might not be suitable. This house location is not far from Arches.
