We have been coming to Naples for a number of years and enjoy staying at Briarwood.In particular the help and support from Kim and Nicole from CNA Vacation when needed was always impeccable and greatly appreciated by us. We would cetainly recommend 1026 Tivoli Ct. to our friends and in the event we would make it again to Florida next year at around same time (October-November), 1026 Tivoli Ct. would be our preferred stay at Briarwood.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, happy with the Briarwood community and with the rental’s southern pool exposure. Numerous issues were found during our stay at 1026 Tivoli Court. Kitchen: lacked suitable fry pan and storage containers. All knives in wooden block stands were dull. Refrigerator water and air filters were overdue for replacement. CNE notified. Replacements never arrived prior to departure. Shelf had numerous cracks that were being held together with duct tape. Coffee maker is antiquated and should be replaced. Windows: Throughout rental, windows in need of thorough cleaning, inside and out. All window blinds are in desperate need of replacement. All felt grimy to touch and many blind panels are cracked, missing or non-operational.Queen bedroom: Bathroom rug was glued to floor (very unsanitary). How could anyone properly wash bathroom floor? Also, mold was found on tub caulking. Twin bedroom: Bed pillows were disgustingly soiled and need to be thrown out. Photo sent to CNE. An inventory of all bedding supplies should be carried out.I would be interested in staying at Briarwood next year however, will be looking for a rental that is cleaner and better maintained.

Kitchen was fully equipped and house was very comfortable. Nice pool.

The location is excellent and the neighborhood very pleasant. The home’s layout is also excellent especially with the lake behind. The house itself needs some updating.

Well maintained and fully stocked . Quiet neighborhood and safety was not an issue. Highly recommended.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tivoli Court. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to all amenities. The house has four good size bedrooms, so plenty of room for our two families. The pool was the gem of the vacation. It was perfect for our 5 grade school age children and they enjoyed it so much. And the owners were gracious enough to heat it for our stay in November. The house is well equipped with many towels and good kitchen equipment. There were plenty of beach towels for the pool and some pool toys. Also has a new washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped and everything was just as pictured. Hosts were great and were prompt in communicating on the couple questions we had. Lots of beach stuff to use and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such.

This was the perfect house for our family. The bedroom suites have doors to close them off from the living room- allows everyone to sleep in late while others are up for morning coffee. The property has the cooler, the beach chairs, towels- everything needed for a day at the beach. We went to beaches every morning and golfed every afternoon. Perfect week.
