The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and offers a chic decor, with ample space to kick back and relax. The second bathroom has a gorgeous vanity with a shower/tub combo. Please note: Once the reservation has been made, we will send you instructions that require you to complete an additional $500 non-refundable Homeowners Association application, which will request personal information through the Grand Paradiso portal.

There is an additional $40 per guest fee for a Car Pass, and Amenity ID upon arrival per the HOA.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Garage is not available for guest use.
