Stayed Jan 1, 2025Virtually everything about our stay was excellent. The house was a 7 minute walk (one minute drive) to the large community pool, tennis and pickleball courts,and about a ten minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach. Fully equipped house, spacious and super clean rooms, magnificent, oversized lanai. Our only major complaint was the softness of the master bedroom mattress, but that is a personal preference. Tammy, our host, was super responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet with very friendly neighbors, and located very very close to good shopping and restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Ideal for a family vacation, or a two person retreat. There's not enough space here to mention all the thoughtful extras that are in the house.Did I mention the beautiful and serene lake view? I could go on and on.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024The property was as listed. Beautiful lakefront home in North Naples. Airy open floorplan and very clean. Lanai was a nice spot to read, chill, or view the lake. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Tammy, the landlord, is very nice and did an outstanding job in communicating with us. Very helpful and even provided a bottle of wine upon check-in! Would definitely rent this home again!! Thank you! Tom S.
