MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax as you enter a foyer wrapped in whitewashed shiplap for instant coastal ambience.
Head upthe stairway to the second floor, where the primary gathering space under a high, vaulted ceiling connects kitchen, dining area and living room, keeping everyone part of the fun. Lounge on the extra-large sectional sofa in the living room. Enjoy the stylish dining table, with five chairs and two benches for seating a crowd. Extra bar stools at the oversized kitchen island seat more guests and provide a perch for chatting with the cook in your party. Meal prep is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen.

The front balcony with outdoor seating overlooks a grassy park and other charming homes of Cinnamon Shore, while the rear balcony allows views of a lake at a neighboring community and provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: One of two primary suites is located on the first floor, offering a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a large closet. The first floor also houses another king guest room with its own bathroom has access to the front porch. Down the hall, a bunk room delights kids! It offers a private bathroom that with tub/shower combination, and the bunk room suite opens to the backyard and patio.

The second, king primary suite on second floor offers a walk-in closet and a nice bathroom with separate tub and shower and double vanity.

GREAT EXTRAS: You’ll love the tower that offers sunset and community views! The bunk room back features a convenient, out-of-the-way laundry closet. And the rear balcony offers a gas grill to facilitate al fresco dining.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Casa al Mare is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Casa al Mare the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

It had everything imaginable for cooking and even a counter top ice maker, except for one small detail: only melamine dishes that were not microwave safe. At any rate I would rent this unit again and just bring some paper plates! Highly recommend. Cinnamon Shores was great, allowed my husband to use an empty office for a work call.

    This house was over the top with location, decor, and how everything was laid out! They had an outlet on every wall, night lights in every bathroom for convenience, tons of towels, soaps, lotions and everything else! The layout of the house was so well thought out and it is a RARE find to have 3 masters with a bunk room and full bath. PLUS my parents who are 60+ enjoyed having their own room on the 2nd floor and everyone else was able to use the powder room without having to go into their own rooms downstairs or in my parents’ room. If you have any doubts about this house DON’T!! The community, the beach, the house and the ammenties are unmatched. Thanks for an AMAZING visit!!

    This home is beautiful and in a great location. A fantastic master suite and 3 bedrooms with king beds plus a kids bunk room with 4 twin bunks. The place is perfect for large families or multiple with room for 10. Restaurants a coffee shop and market all in the Cinnamon Shores community. It felt like a first class getaway.
