Gorgeous home with a furnished patio, gas grill, & private, outdoor pool

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. The location and the bedrooms were great. Only complaint was the lack or communication, not accommodating at all with checking in early, and the bottom of the pool could have been cleaned.

The pool was HUGE conpared to other, more expensive places we've stayed. This home far exceeded my expectations bc the listing doesn't capture how beautiful it really is! The pool house was and added bonus, 2 extra beds, pool table, bathroom, half kitchen... opening up the 4 doors/sliding glass door, and watching tv from inside the pool was next level! The lighting is awesome, and abundant! The is a light in the pool, which was also an added bonus. There's 3 shower heads in the master, including a European one. It's small things like that, that make it special! We will definitely book again!! We absolutely loved it! My brother (who lives in Santa Rosa) came over for my daughter's bday, and he said this property was one of the best, especially for the price, that he's seen! He intends to book it as well for incoming company. There are also MANY stores and shops VERY close by. We didnt have to travel far to get anything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic location. Walk to the beach and some restaurants and shops. Great pool area. Pool house was great. Outdoor dining table and grill were a plus. Super spacious rooms and living space. Balconies from every room. Kitchen had lots of nice appliances and everything you needed for cooking big family meals. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, big and spacious. It was very family oriented. The kids loved the pool and beach access is very short walk away. Besides some minor issues with the lights in the guest bedroom upstairs not working properly, everything was great. Would definitely come back and rent this house again.

The only reason that I didnt put five stars is because there were dirty dishes left in the sink in the pool house. Also, the pool was dirty and cold. Everything else met our expectations and we would stay here again!

Really good price and location. Needs a little love and care but was perfect for us on a last minute fall break trip.

This place was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we disliked was early check in was not an option. We were told we would be communicated with starting at noon and given an hourly update on checkin which we never received.

Overall the pool and the location were great. However if your hoping to check in early or check out late, they will not allow it. Your basically texting an automated system. House needs sprayed for bugs. Especially pool house. We could not use the pull out sofa bc of how gross It was. If they get it all cleaned up, it's a great house and location.
