Gorgeous home one block from beach w/private elevator!

Excellent property- great location close to beach. House has everything you need for relaxing beach vacation. Loved our stay!

New, well built, well equipped. Nice towels, bedding, two coffee pot types, both new. Higher end appliances, beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, and more. We were very impressed. Very well located to beach access (very short walk), restaurants, fort fisher ferry. 20 to Wilmington. Keyless system was very convenient. Owner was quick to respond and offer feedback, help. We’d recommend to anyone headed to Carolina Beach.

This home is quite new, and it is in perfect condition. Everything is top -of-the-line, from home and deck furnishings to kitchen appliances and utensils, to the fabulous private elevator that makes the beautiful main living top floor accessible to those with stair challenges. There would be enough room for a very large family, with quite private spaces. The outdoor shower is great for getting the sand off before entering the house. The house is also furnished with lots of beach equipment to make your beach stay very comfortable. The owner was quite accessible and quick in solving our initial problem with the entry keypad and the elevator access. We would highly recommend this property.

The 4-days we spent at this gorgeous home were simply amazing! A block from the beach access, a short walk to really good restaurants. The elevator was a blessing. Bedrooms spacious and well appointed. Appliances new. Quiet. Peaceful neighborhood. Dreamy vacation for us and the communications were smooth and timely without error. Honestly, we cannot think of anything negative to say. We shall return for certain!! Thank you for helping us unite as a family in such a fun, memorable way!!

The property is very close to the beach and is walking distance to any of the eating establishment you want. The stairs are huge, but the elevator is fantastic. If you bring children under the age of 3 it would be wise to bring a stair fence. The kitchen is fantastic, however, it would be nice if it had a chefs knife and other proper kitchen ware. The outside shower is and set up to clean off all of the sand from the beach is splendid.
