Stayed Oct 8, 2025The location is great but there are a few issues with the house. The flooring needs addressed, hardwood in the living room need refinished and the carpeting needs serious cleaning or replacement. The kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking. It took some creativity with some meals. The three beds on the top floor have no access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom or going down to the first floor, not ideal. No towel bar in bathrooms. Figuring out the tv was a challenge. Some directions would be helpful.All the wall murals were quite cool.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025House was pretty clean. Very sparse kitchen supplies. Could not get third floor cool. Weeds needed pulled. Great space for our family and wonderful location . Picture on original posting was nothing like it actually was.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The location of this property was absolutely fantastic. Off the main highway just enough that you could easily access the stores and the National seashore, but close enough that if you wanted the OC boardwalk experience, you could get there reasonably fast. There were some minor things with the house that we encountered but the owner was receptive and helped us troubleshoot.
