Description

This terraced house is located in the center of town, where in the summer many events. In front of the house are many restaurants with Dalmatian specialties and nice bars where you can party until late in the morning.

The house has three bedrooms that provide comfort for six people and are stylishly furnished. In the attic there are roof slopes and the lowest ceiling height is 170 cm. From the living room you can get to the terrace from where you have a view of the city's cathedral andthe bell tower. A public parking lot is nearby and is chargeable.

Under absolutely no circumstances do I recommend you book this property (or any property via VRBO or Novasol for that matter). We arrived at the condo and, despite booking months in advance, paying, and receiving a confirmation, the host had no idea we were coming so we were forced to wait 2 hours for her to arrive then sleep in a used, dirty property (blood on the walls, hair everywhere, no sheets, no towels). She refused to clean the property until she randomly showed up at 1p in the afternoon the next day with no warning - huge safety issue (she would randomly come in/out during the course of our stay). The AC was broken and there was no hot water in the unit and we all got mysterious bug bites overnight... The rental completely ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful trip to Hvar - I would give it 0 stars if I could. Now I'm waiting to hear back from VRBO and Novasol about a refund, because we did not pay for a dirty, rundown rental property with someone intruding at all hours of the day and night. Horrible experience.

We had a lovely week in Hvar in this large clean property with lovey terrace overlooking the cathedral and roofs of Hvar. Good value for money; there were 4 in our party, but this accommodation would easily fit 6 people comfortably (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Could not be better placed for all amenities in this beautiful lively city. Tanja our friendly contact in Hvar kindly allowed us to enter the property early on arrival and leave our luggage after departure until we caught our return ferry. Only constructive comment is some of the furniture and electrical equipment could benefit from some maintenance. Date of stay early September 2016
