This impressive holiday home is located at the foot of Mount Uka and above the beautiful coastal town of Opatija. It is located on the edge of a forest, away from the city noise, in the village of Matulji, where you can enjoy a fantastic holiday. The stylishly furnished holiday home is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 3000 m². Inside there are large glass surfaces that flood the interior with light and create a direct link to the natural outdoor area with pool, sun loungers and barbecue. The living space is spread over two floors. The living room with billiards, bedroom, bathroom and lounge are on the ground floor, while the kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate laundry and ironing room are on the upper floor. Active holidaymakers can explore the surrounding area on cycling and hiking trails. The town of Opatij, where you will find many restaurants, bars and beaches, is just a few minutes' drive away.
