Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

    I should’ve known better when I was not provided pics of the house prior to renting. Yes, the “inside” is stunning, however, there are abandoned homes extremely close on both sides of the property and suspicious activity constantly. It’s in a gentrified neighborhood but not quite there yet. The pool does not heat up as described in the listing and we specifically inquired about the heating due to the weather and was assured it worked. However, we had to change plans incurring additional unplanned expenses due to gas connectivity issues to the backyard, which included the pool and grill. There is no backyard privacy with the vacant properties on each side and the suspicious activity that occurs on the top floors overlooking the entire yard. The maintenance had to be called out several times for the gas issues so be safe. The host company was very responsive to the concerns. Most tourist spots are within a 10-minute radius. Otherwise, it is a jewel within questionable boundaries. Once the abandoned neighboring properties are rehabbed, this property will be a great place to revisit. Proceed with caution.

    Good location close to bourbon street, house was clean and as advertised. Some issues with appliances but weren’t important for our visit.

    A beautiful home with everything you need for a family get together. Everything was better than expected and pool was a hit!!!! Highly recommend this home!!

    Wonderful house and the area felt overall safe. Pool area a little tired and the pool heating broke however it didn’t ruin our stay and would absolutely rent again
