Had a wonderful stay!

Great location! Host communication was excellent. Spent Christmas here and enjoyed the house with the decorations. Walked the beach every day. It's a beach rental with the expected wear and tear on the property. Well-equipped home separate 2-bedroom apartment on lower level that does not directly access the rest of the house but was perfect for my son's family with two children. Short drive to downtown and plenty of local food within walking distance as well as a putt-putt course that we walked to on the first day!

Beach access excellent, quiet area, close to shops restaurants, brewery all walkable.House is well equipped and plenty of room for our group of 18.

The stay was wonderful! There was plenty of room and everything we needed was there. Could have used some pot holders:)The sunrises were spectacular and the harvest moon was phenomenal!!!

Very clean and Linda was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Beautiful ocean view, you can't beat it, and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic house! Perfect for a large family gathering.

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, lots of space (including beds and bathrooms) for our big group, and lots of beach equipment. House was clean and in good condition. Location is obviously top notch right on the beach, but lots of food options right around the corner was a huge plus. Only downside is that the house is actually two separate units, the ground level unit is only accessible from exterior doors. But this was not a huge deal. We highly recommend this house for big groups and families.

The house is wonderful and so accommodating for a big crowd. We loved the location. Linda was immediately responsive to our needs, which were minor. Fantastic experience. We will be back!

This was such a great location and size for our big family to sleep comfortably and privately. The multiple levels allowed for separate space as needed, and the big porch and living room provided ample space for gathering all together. The direct access to the beach was fantastic. We had everything we needed in a clean and comfortable house.

I had a fantastic stay at Linda’s beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and came with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Linda was great to work with—very friendly and incredibly responsive to all of my questions. I truly appreciated how easy she made the entire experience. Highly recommend and will be coming back with my family!

Fun, beautiful, very clean beach house located near many good restaurants and shops. Perfect vacation spot for all ages. An added bonus is being close to the alligator farm and historic St Augustine. Pre teens loved the upstairs bedrooms!

Linda’s beach was spacious and had all the necessary things for a great day at the beach. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay right on the beach!

Location of this property is absolutely perfect!!We had 12 family members and there was plenty of space on the front porch for us all to sit and enjoy the ocean view.

We had a girls weekend with 14 girls and it was wonderful. Great location right on the beach, plenty of room and bathrooms to get ready. Would also be great for families!

Location was good. Was able to walk to alot of places, the beach was beautiful.

The property is located in the heart of beautiful St. Aug. beach, with direct access to the oceanfront, amazing sunrise views, and a comfortable interior. The large grass yard separates this house from others nearby.

This house has everything you need to relax and escape from life. Steps from the beach the house was cozy and comfortable. I definitely want to go back with my family.

Everything we needed and amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and the ease of getting to beach was wonderful.

Beachfront living at its best! This home is spectacular and so well maintained! We had a family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday and did we have fun! This home is one of the best appointed homes we’ve ever rented. Everything you could think of was provided. The kitchen was well stocked, high chairs and booster seats for the kids, pack-n-plays in each newsroom, beach chairs and beach toys galore. There was a lovely porch on the beach side with plenty of seating. And of course the short walk to the wide beach was spectacular .

The house is perfectly located on the beach and next to a restaurant with outdoor patio overlooking the beach. Rooms are large and bathrooms are nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a BBQ grill in the back. She provides plenty of beach chairs and toys for young kids. Our party of 11 had a wonderful time. We will easily return to this property again

Our family enjoyed our time here very much. There were 17 of us, ages 1 to 76, and the house accommodated all of us very well. The living space was a little small for the entire group, but there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The house was very well equipped with good kitchen supplies, towels, and beach chairs/toys. We really enjoyed relaxing on the big porch and enjoying the view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach was a big plus. We also enjoyed walking over to the nearby restaurants. It’s very convenient to the grocery store and to different attractions. We had a few small issues that were quickly addressed by Linda and her team. They were all nice to work with. It may be helpful to know that the main level and lower level do not connect on the inside. To access the lower level, you have to go outside.

Great in every way!

We rented the property for a family reunion and it was lovely, beautiful house, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms and plenty of cooking utensils and cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. it is only 10 big steps to the beach. Has plenty of umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys for all. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back!
