Make your way through the large historic front doors into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.



LIVING AREA

The living area features a generous plush sectional surrounding the 55 wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.



KITCHEN & DINING

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped custom kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas cooktop, a combi oven (combination of microwave and oven) installed in the kitchen island, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. A convenient wine/coffee bar area plus a mud room/butler's pantry to keep you organized.



Serve your meals in the elegant dining room with a table set for ten and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy coffee at the kitchen island, or watch the chef cook your favorite meal.

The two primary suite bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.



The primary bedrooms offer a luxurious king-size bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom, double vanities, and walk-in showers stocked with clean towels. One of the bedrooms has a traveling crib, and the other has a bonus trundle bed that opens into two single beds for plenty of sleeping space! All bedrooms have wall-mounted Roku smart TVs so that you can enjoy your favorite shows from the privacy and comfort of your bed!

Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, a bench, a side table, a closet with hangers, and a laundry basket. Bedroom #4 has two side-by-side twin trundler beds sleeping four guests comfortably, plus a pack-n-play for your toddler.

    A very lovely stay, close to Lemp Mansion and Lemp Grand Hall. The house is HUGE and a great space for family. Check in time is a bit later than some hotels. However, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. This is a beautiful older home, but be prepared to hike some stairs to get to the bedrooms. The shower in the first bedroom up the stairs was adored by all. If we find ourself in St. Louis again, this is the house we will be looking to book.

    Had a lovely stay here over the New Year's holiday. Spacious, comfortable home located within walking distance of all of the Benton Park hot spots. The host made sure to have a crib set up for us in the main bedroom upon arrival and provided access to the gated driveway and garage for our vehicle. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

    My coworker and out familys split this house and it was perfect! We have a 1 year old and 2 year old and they have a 9month old, 6 yr old and 9 yr old. It was great for all ages! The host was very responsive. The only true issue we had was sometimes the lock key pad was a little finicky. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

    Everything was perfect! Communication was great! Home was just as it stated it was. If there is anything I would change is maybe a little earlier check in and or later check out. But I understand the cleaning crews need to do their work. Highly recommended!
