Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a FABULOUS stay at this beautiful York house. There was room for everyone to be together or little spots to go to get away if you wanted to . Loved waking up to see Nubble light house. That view never gets old. There happened to be a meteor shower during the week we stayed so we enjoyed star gazing on the back deck.We were able to walk to the beach or town.Thank you so very much for sharing your home.Am looking forward to booking again in the future.Thanks againMaria

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The house is beautiful! Plenty of room for all of us. 6 adults a 3 year old and 1 year old and a 10 year old. Nice backyard to play in! Very close to walk to Nubble Light House where you can get food and ice cream. We liked the walk to Long Sands and Short Sands beach. Great place

Stayed Jul 29, 2023The house was great - very spacious which allowed everyone to have their space when needed. The main floor was perfect for gathering as well. We had 12 people in our group, ranging in ages from 1 to 80. The house was within walking distance to Fox’s Lobster House, Dunnes ice cream and the lighthouse which was extremely convenient. Communication with the owners was good, answering questions promptly. There was no AC which wasn’t a huge issue for us but may have been if it was 80-90 all week.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved being in the neighborhood close to Nubble Light and also to Dunne’s. Both beaches were fantastic, a short distance away. The cottage was wonderful for a family stay with lots of space. We enjoyed the large gathering space with kitchen, family area and 2 decks! Lots of great meals enjoyed on the decks! The weather was perfect!
