Gorgeous 4brm/3bath home in Old North

Feedback for 2489 Adams Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43202. Dates of stay: 04/13-04/16/26We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and an adequate size for our group. It was conveniently located near High Street, and the bus line. There was ample parking behind the house, however we noticed the motion light affixed to the back of the house was not working. For safety reasons, we would like to have lighting at the back of the house.The kitchen was a good size with adequate pots and pans and utensils, but the drawers were dirty and some of the utensils, as well. We could have used more beverage glasses, since there were six of us. The lighting in the kitchen above table seemed to be flickering-maybe a short, or needs to be changed. We could have used another kitchen towel or two, and some potholders.The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are friendly. Having a washer and dryer on the premises was a plus for us. We liked that you provided shampoo and conditioner in the showers/baths, but would have liked to have bath mats, for safety.We were unable to use the bedside lamp in the master bedroom, closest to the bathroom, because the knob to turn it on was missing, and felt the other bedrooms could use reading lamps for the bedside, and also one or two ambient lights in the living room, as well as an additional comfortable chair in the living room. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pro - beds/pillows were very comfortable Biggest issue - the master shower backs up and doesn’t drain properly and host was non-responsive when contacted about the issueOther cons - Ice overflows in the freezer and spills on floor, No extra trash bags, Uneven heating (some rooms freezing and others sweltering) and living room furniture needs improvement

This is a wonderfully spacious home near the Ohio State University Campus.

Great location to stay near north part of campus. Parking for 3 plus cars.

Just what we were looking for. We were in town for the NCAA Men's Gymnastics National Championships at OSU. This property was a perfect location to reach both campus and High Street where there are numerous fun eating and drinking establishments. While the exterior would not attact your attention, the host has done a wonderful job remodeling the interior into a spacious and comfortable place.

It was a great place to stay. Close to campus and reasonably priced. Very roomy.
