Gorgeous 4 Bedroom Private Pool Home Just Steps to Coachella Music Festival!

Nice house with pool.

The property location is great, right next to the Polo Grounds. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and the location made for easy access. The layout of the property is fine for two families and the pool area is nice. Overall, the property is ready for a refresh: the carpets are stained as is the bedding, furniture is very minimal and cheap (bunk beds squeak with every movement). Everything feels like the owners put in the minimum in order to rent. We knew of other families staying in the same model of home within the same community that was better maintained with more amenities, better quality furniture, etc.

When you first walk in it looks well enough but then found lots of property is not maintained, and in need facility repairs. Patio door impossible to push open or closed, sink nossle stuck on spray and doesnt retract back up, master bed has one bed slat broken and falling under the bed so used bricks to prop up the matttess. Light in pool blink like a disco. Carpet is a trip hazard upon entering for children or old people. Pool was not heated prior to arrival but was told they turn it on 3 day ahead of arrival but pool is on a timer and turns off on its own. Management person was very kind about the pool issue, came out late, and brough us wine along with the pool skimmer as it was dirty, and the bbq brush since it said we were supposed to clean it, but none was there.... so we didnt want to rebother him with these additional minor issues listed here. He was very kind.

This place was wonderful! In a great location, gated community felt very safe and quiet. The house itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the other rooms well sized and comfortable. The living room and dining area was great, and kitchen was beautiful. They had many appliances like pots and pans and utensils. The pool was great! Heater worked perfectly and outside area was nice to relax. We will definitely be back!
