Gorgeous 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Property

Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views, great access to lake. We used dock to fish, we rented jet skis to use the lake. Cabin is very close to public boat launch, and restaurants in town. Property is well maintained. Wish they would have a guest WiFi account to use, but used hotspot instead. Property owner quickly responded to all questions.

We had a wonderful stay on Balsam Lake. The cabin and the amenities were amazing! The cabin was clean and beautiful, the windows and views were awesome! The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay there again.

Exceptional home & property on beautiful Balsam Lake! Our family had an amazing stay & are already planning our next trip! The open water views were amazing & the boathouse dining table was the perfect backdrop to enjoy a sunset dinner & create a lifelong family memory! We especially appreciated having multiple bedrooms & bathrooms on separate floors which provided privacy for extended family. Having multiple gathering spaces / the garage game room provided additional entertainment that we truly enjoyed! Thank you to Jason for sharing his personal slice of heaven! Until next time…

This property was simply beautiful, the photo's did not disappoint! It was a wonderful week, taking in the beauty of the lake and the home, simply gorgeous and so comfortable. Having coffee in the morning looking out at the lake, amazing way to start each day. Such a beautiful setting for gathering with my friends. My granddaughter and daughter in-law joined me for an afternoon, and had a great time beating me at foosball and I loved it! They asked me to book again next year when they could stay longer, it was just a great place. Jason was a great host, I would absolutely love coming back - Thank you Jason.

Beautiful house and location. House was equipped with everything we needed and more. Jason was very receptive to all our questions. Great food and drink in the town of Balsam Lake also. Would definitely come back again. 5 stars

Very convenient because of proximity to town. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Jason was very accommodating with early check in and was always quick to respond to question.

We’ve stayed at several properties on Balsam over the years but this was the best by far. The house and property are beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. One of our favorite things was the boathouse rooftop deck! Jason could not have been nicer and was quick to respond to all my questions.

The listing was accurate, and the photos don't quite do justice to the beautiful setting you will experience. A wonderful cabin to enjoy with family or friends. Your only problem will be choosing where to sit it... there are many fantastic options!

My family and I had a great stay at this property on Balsam Lake. The cabin was very nice and had lots of great spots to enjoy the lake view. We also really enjoyed the game room/garage area. The location was perfect- it has a nice secluded “up north” feel, but also a short drive to lots of different bars/restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great stay here!
