Gorgeous 3 bedroom pool home overlooking one of Briarwood's many lakes

We had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to pool and beach supplies. The pool area and view of the lake was large and lovely.

Reviewer Comments: The villa was absolutely fabulous couldn’t ask for anything better but when you’re paying 1500 a week I think it’s petty having to pay for the gas on the barbecue!!!! This may seem petty but think it should be included when you’re staying for 3weeks !!

Our third time staying at this property with family.The neighbourhood is very friendly and very convenient for shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach.The lanai was very spacious with a panoramic view of the lake. The rocking chairs were appreciated by our one year old grandson.The facilities in the villa cater for all occasions and the property owner has always been quick to respond to any requests.Already planning our next stay!

The property was very nice and clean . Only problem we had for the first few days was getting past the Security Person at the gate. Finally the third day we where given sticker on our Expedition and everything went smoothly. Location is close to HWY 75 and need to drive most places but not far away (5-20 mins). We will be back to stay again!!

The pool area is perfect for long days of relaxing and having fun. It’s equipped with everything you could possible need, and then some. The area is beautiful and it’s close to beach, shopping and lots of places to eat. We love this place ! It also feels really safe and if you need anything, it’s easy contact by phone or app.

The owners have everything you could need to have an enjoyable vacation. Working with CNE is always a pleasure. The property was exceptional clean when we arrived. We love the Briarwood location close to restaurants and not far from 5th Ave.
