Gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath home in the heart of The Villages, Florida!!

Kathy's place was wonderful! She was easy to work with, the place was clean, and the furniture was comfortable. It was a short ride to Sumter Landing. Having a full two car garage was nice since a lot of places only have a car and a half. And being able to bring our dog was a perk as well. We like to go for longer golf cart rides when we stay so prefer a gas cart over electric, but that was the only thing I would change and is just a personal preference. We would happily rent from Kathy again.

The sunroom in the front and lanai in the back were great benefits, along with the modern furniture and quartz countertops. The only drawback was the carpeting in the bedrooms with my severe dust allergies and sensitivity to smell. I wondered if someone had smoked in the house previously. I didn't feel comfortable asking for carpeting to be cleaned but think it would have been helpful for me. Others may not have this issue so don't want it to be a deterrent. Our hostess was responsive in spite of having some health challenges while we were there. It's within 5 minutes by golf cart from Costco, Publix, Walmart, and lots of restaurants, so very convenient.

Perfect place to stay (easy golf cart ride to shopping and Lake Sumter). The house was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everything we needed was readily available (the golf cart was a definite plus). The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The house, location, and hostess were absolutely perfect (communications were answered quickly). We are already looking forward to our next visit.
