GORDES Private house and heated swimming pool on enclosed land planted with trees

Exactly as described online - a well presented, equipped and very private house in its own grounds, with plenty of shade from oak trees, thoroughly set up for outdoor living with pool and a choice of outdoor dining areas. Air conditioned throughout (a must when it is 39 deg C). Charming attentive host, who lives nearby off site. Excellent communications throughout, we could not have been made to feel more welcome - any minor domestic queries resolved the same day. A well deserved 10/10.

Ideal location to explore Provence, Gordes, Goult, Roussilon and Avignon in particular. Great private pool to cool down after days activities. Very pleasant 2 weeks.

Perfect little hideaway close to many little villages and small towns. Set back off the road so we didn’t hear any cars. The exterior is a perfect balance of sun and shade and the pool is set in its own walled garden making it completely private and safe as you can lock the gate to restrict the area if necessary! The whole property is securely fenced so our dogs enjoyed a lovely week of relaxing under the trees! Gorgeous little house in a great location!

We have visited the area for 22 years and never tire of the beautiful countryside. We have rented many villas and this one did not disappoint : lovely patio area, great pool, very clean and beautifully decorated .

What a joyful holiday?! So enjoyed the villa and its beautiful surrounds. And Michèle made the week so stress free and had such a kind manner throughout. It was all such a pleasure.

The house was located in a quiet spot equidistant from Gordes & Roussillon so close to all amenities. Really spacious & comfortable and extremely well equipped. The garden was especially nice with a large shaded terrace and a fantastic pool. Lots of outside furniture to sit on. Would love to stay here again.

Stunning stone cottage with all the home amenities you need. Lovely pool area. Wonderfully peaceful spot in the countryside just outside of Gordes. The village, set up on the hill, is charming and beautiful, day and night. And Michele is a wonderful host. Helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

Our family of 6 + baby had a delightful stay at Michele's gite in the beautiful Luberon countryside ideally situated for all the villages and sites Relax by the pool play boules , bounce on the trampoline , play badminton and pick up fresh bread and croisants every day in Gourdes village have a BBQ Visit Roussilon ,Fontaine de Vaucluse aand go to the markets,it outside in the evening quiet below the Milky Way and wash away all the stress of life in England with an ice cold Rose, sounds poetic well our stay was just poetry Best wishes Michele and thank you with all our heart

One star less as the house, especially two bedrooms, smelt of permanent cigarette smoking. The book shelf full of esoteric books in the lounge wasn't our cup of tea either.
