Stayed Dec 22, 2025The location is perfect for birdwatching with easy access to the major local hotspots. Next time I come, I will bring my kayak and fishing pole, since the bay and marshes are just a quick walk away. You can see a pond and the bay from the deck. The bed was super comfy and the amenities perfect. This is a very cozy place and the host was wonderful. I was able to bring my two dogs, too, and we had a great time at the Rockport Beach.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This little one bedroom cabin was perfect for a quick weekend getaway and we will definitely be back! Beautiful views and peaceful wildlife surrounded us. The owners are very communicative and kind. I can’t wait to come back and stay here during peak migration!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We loved our time here, Melissa and Tim were kind and very helpful, accommodating! The home was very cute, well stocked, clean, easy to locate and comfy! The view is beautiful from the porch, lots of local spots to fish or wander and enjoy the scenery. It was very relaxing and charming and we much enjoyed our time here! Goose island was fun fishing, we loved it.Thank you for a great stay, and for sharing your lovely home with us! Definitely wanting to come back!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Cabins are the best run accommodation we have stayed in. The Milligan’s are very thoughtful with supplying their guests with everything you would in your own home. They made it very easy to reach if any questions. We would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023This cottage is new, modern and lovely. Very comfortable with a front porch view of the bay and pond next door where the whooping cranes, spoonbills, sandhills and more congregate. Just a delight! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022We enjoyed how peaceful and relaxing our long weekend getaway was. Although there was a little hiccup with the WiFi connection, Paula was quick to help remedy it. We especially enjoyed listening to the bay breeze, the sunrises, and star gazing. I am glad we brought our daughter’s telescope. We got to see a few shooting stars! Paula’s place is well equipped and suited our family. We’d love to come back.
