Goosander is a fine home to spend the week in Appledore, the stunning architect designed front lobby opens into a dining room with ample space for 10 guests. The stunning kitchen area is fully equipped and both rooms have access into the cosy lounge. There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one king, one twin, and one exceptionally spacious bedroom with a king bed and single bed. The family bathroom is also on this floor.

Stayed May 26, 2024The property was lovely, lots of toilets and bathrooms for all our family, we loved the garden with the swing and toys If we visit the area again we might consider booking.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023We stayed at Goosander with our friends from Canada. 4 adults and 4 children aged 5 to 8. The house is beautiful and the garden even more so. The children loved exploring in the garden - especially the swings. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need. Such a great space to relax in. Lots of space to take time out and lots of space to get together. Easy walk into the centre of Appledore also. Overall, better than expected. The pictures just don’t do this house and garden justice.
